This great cottage is located in the quiet Tarpon Pond neighborhood. Just 1.2 miles to Pelican Beach and 1.3 miles to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, clubhouse, and golf courses, it is perfectly located. Enjoy watching a sampling of Seabrook's plentiful wildlife while you sit on the screened porch surrounded by tropical foliage. Relax with your family and friends in this nicely decorated cottage.

The cottage features an open dining/living area with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a table that seats 6 - perfect for gathering around and sharing stories from your day. High ceilings and a fireplace create an airy atmosphere. The sliding doors to the screened porch and allow sunlight to filter through the trees. The comfortable furnishings offer seating for all your guests. Enjoy watching shows on the HDTV/DVD. Gather around the table on the screened porch as you sip cool drinks. Settle into one of the rockers with a good book. The galley kitchen is well stocked and has all you'll need for cooking during your holiday.

There are three bedrooms in this cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is a TV and en suite bath with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The hall bath with a shower/tub is just outside the door. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds. The en suite bath has a shower. The kids will love sharing this room!

This property does not have cable: You can enjoy your favorite programs via Youtube tv and Apple TV.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

Relaxing home

The pictures of the home are pretty accurate with the exception of the living room. The owners have recently updated the furniture to a sectional sofa which was nice for our group. We enjoyed cooking and our favorite was eating outside in screened in porch for our meals.

Great time

We had a lot of fun staying at your place. The place was clean and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kids loved the loft area. Kitchen is updated. Plenty of seating for everyone. Screen porch is very nice to have. Location is good. It’s close to the beach by car or riding bikes. There was an outdoor gas grill but the tank was completely empty so we didn’t use it (good thing I checked before we got groceries). We had a great time overall and thanks for sharing your place. Would love to go back again when it’s a little warmer.

Great location and plenty of space

The house was more than enough room for us! It was a 5 minute drive to the Island Club pool and beach access, and a short drive to the gate/grocery store/restaurants at Freshfields Village. We also enjoyed visiting the horses at night!

Great relaxing getaway for a small family

We spent a short time at Tarpon Pond and enjoyed our stay! Our family of four came for the end of Spring break and there was plenty of room for us. It was a very relaxing place to stay - very quiet and surrounded by nature with a lovely back screened in porch perfect for hanging out as a family or reading solo. Conveniently located to the beach and ponds. Also plenty of great areas to go running if that is your thing. We would definitely come here again!

Our stay was amazing! The home was lovely and very well equipped. The owner had taken time to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to seabrook island. The island was so quiet and peaceful, yet with two teenage girls to keep occupied we were able to find plenty to do. Saw so many dolphins! I would highly recommend both sea brook island and this home.

My wife and I were here for two months and loved it! Very close to the beach and incredibly relaxing. Not many places you can have a family of Deer feeding in your front yard every morning. Comfortable house, plenty of parking and the perfect place for spending time at the beach.
