5 star rated Waterfront 1958 Marsh Oak Lane is steps away from the boardwalk of the incredible Bohicket Marina, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean Beach, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. This pet-free 1 BR/2BA Villa affords majestic view of the Bohicket sunrises and sunsets as well as walking alongside docks full of luxury boats. 2 guest maximum.

No pets allowed, no exceptions! Any evidence of a pet in the property will result in a fine equal to the cost of the reservation booking.

Newly decorated, this villa has 1 King size bedroom with en suite bathroom. Hotel quality linens are provided, along with a Welcome Kit of toiletries and paper products. The master bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a bedside bench and plenty of drawer space. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the master bathroom, along with a well designed closet for maximum storage. The kitchen features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and a bistro table for your morning cup of coffee or post-dinner beverage.

The villa has been updated to include tile floors throughout (hardwood in the entry way) and is freshly painted in coastal colors. Watch TV ( or the boats go by ) in the welcoming living area with sofa and loveseat and seagrass woven coffee table. Entertainment options include DVD, basic cable TV and WIFI. Step outside through the sliding doors that open for immediate and unobstructed views of the dock and Bohicket Creek! Eat al fresco at the patio table, which offers optimal sunset viewing opportunities. The first floor unit is easily accessible with ground floor entrance. A covered garage is steps from the front door. A community pool is about 75 feet from the villa.


Please note: this villa is NOT equipped with the capability to charge an electric vehicle. No charging cords may be connected to any outlet at any time, this is a potential fire hazard and is not permitted within the community. Please contact the property manager for the closest EV charging station from Seabrook.

This villa is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Access to Seabrook Island with $45 gate pass and beach parking. Amenity cards will be provided at expense of the guest. Seabrook gate pass and amenity cards ( if any ) will be provided and picked up at the Seabrook Amenity Office prior to entering the gates. Amenity card will ONLY allow access to the indoor/outdoor pool at the SIPOA Lakehouse. Seabrook Beach Club access NOT included, golf courses or equestrian center are not accessible. Public parking at beaches is included with Amenity card ( only park in authorized lots, do NOT park in unauthorized parking spaces. )

Effective January 2025, there is a $20 charge for a gate pass for Bohicket Marina Villages.

LOVELY CONDO

This is a lovely condo. Nicely decorated and the marina is directly in front of the back deck with nice views. Only 1/2 miles to Freshfields restaurants and shopping and 2 miles to the Kiawah Island front gate. Excellent fast replies from the owners. We would definitely stay here again!

A peaceful and fun experience

What a joy to stay at this wonderful marina dockside unit where the mornings are peaceful and serene and the evenings are flush with the beauty of a westerly view of the most beautiful sunsets! Leisurely and enjoyable walks up and down the pier are the best with local restaurants easily accessible. We look forward to our next stay here!

Bohicket Marina ~ Our Happy Place!

Our family vacationed the week of the fourth! My daughter and her husband stayed in this lovely one bedroom villa! The host was wonderful, the accommodations were clean, and the view amazing! We spend our days on Seabrook Island and our evenings exploring restaurants or cooking while watching the dolphins play in the marina! We will certainly be back next year! :)

Calm Oasis on the Marina

We rented this stunning waterfront villa for a wedding weekend, and it exceeded all expectations. Located just a short drive from Seabrook Island, it was the perfect retreat. The hosts had thought of every detail, making us feel instantly at home. The villa offered breathtaking views of the marina, adding to its charm and providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it fully.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Location was convenient to food on site and more options within 2 miles. The condo was clean and checkin was easy. Everything with the property was as advertised. Would love to return in a boat and dock at the marina next time we stay.

Beautiful Property/Peaceful Neighborhood

This property is just as advertised! A lovely, beautifully decorated villa in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood on the marina! My wife and I stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and could not have been happier! The property is extremely clean inside and out! The owners' thoughtfulness is beyond compare. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the past 15 years and this is the first property where the owners provided sufficient and, more importantly, QUALITY paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), dishwashing detergent, clothes washing detergent, lint rollers, hand washing soap, linens, etc. and they even left bottled waters in the refrigerator! These "little things" mean a LOT! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to cook, including some spices, etc. It is approximately 1 hour drive to Charleston so it was a perfect place to take in Charleston during the day with a quiet and peaceful place to rest in the evening. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store less than 5 minutes away for anything you may need while staying at this property. The onsite restaurant, Salty Dog, is a great place for an early evening dinner without driving to the city - the food and service was excellent! Overall, this is a GREAT place for a couple's get away or for a small family! Local residents in the neighborhood are very friendly and quiet and we felt very safe during our stay! Highly recommend!
