Fishermans Apartment is a charming single-floor, dog-friendly coastal retreat in the heart of Seahouses, offering a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area with cosy seating and a TV, a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private enclosed seating area with decking, while communal laundry facilities are available with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies. Parking is provided for one car within the cobbled courtyard, though access is via a small archway unsuitable for larger vehicles. Guests may bring up to two pets at ÂŁ25 per pet per stay.
Nestled in the historic fishing quarter, the apartment is part of Cliff House Cottages, four characterful holiday homes arranged around a charming courtyard, each with its own unique layout yet sharing consistent coastal charm. Just yards from the harbour wall, seating areas provide the perfect vantage point to observe the bustling maritime activity, while nearby beaches stretch north and south along the coastline for both relaxation and exploration. Seahouses village puts everything within easy reach, including independent shops, a butcher, baker, pubs, restaurants, a newsagent, petrol station, library and takeaways, while the working harbour serves as a gateway to the Farne Islands, home to puffins (best viewed in June and July), grey seals, and abundant seabird species, making the area particularly appealing to wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.
