Adorable 2 Bedroom, 2 bath cottage with beach themes throughout.  Only a short walk to beach, this cute beach cottage has a living room with gas fireplace, cable TV and FREE WIFI.  The kitchen has all cookware, dishes, microwave and coffee pot.  The King bedroom is bright and cheery with windows and a skylight.  The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a master bathroom which has a walk-in shower.  The second bathroom, with tub/shower combo is off the hall accessible to all.  Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is the perfect retreat for a small family or couple.   All bath linens and towels are provided, please bring beach towels for beach use. Charcoal BBQ provided. Parking for 2 cars; other vacation rentals are nearby as well.

2 adult couples, Cousins. This was the perfect cozy cottage for our 1 week stay. Close to 15 of our kids and grandkids. Close to the Prom and beach. See you next year!!

Overall, we had a good stay and we’d book again. Less than one mile walk to beach and downtown. We do have a few recommendations. Let guests know in the description before booking that laundry is downstairs in the garage which requires going downstairs and outside. Towels were stained. Buy new towels, bath rugs, and shower liners. They are all worn out. Hot water in Queen bedroom does not stay hot in shower. Beds are comfortable. House is cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were available when needed and very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Nice cottage with a very nice location walkable to beach

The property location was great, about a block from the beach access. Located on a quiet dead end street The house was comfortable, with plenty of towels and adequate furnishings. It would be a cozy fit for fourI was very disturbed to find someone’s underwear in a bedroom dresser drawer, with worn slippers in the closet. Dust bunnies under the beds and corners of the rooms. The parking was difficult for a full size pickup to access, I couldn’t make a very tight corner going to the rear of the house where we were supposed to park without backing up. A small car would be able to navigate it much easier.

Great Autumn stay

I could not have been happier. This cottage was perfect for just myself, a stretch of days to reflect on the past year, and do a little looking ahead at life. It was easy to cook for myself (all the kitchen essentials are there), and walk to beach and to downtown Seaside. Communication with management was easy, courteous. And when I had to call with a minor issue with the toilet, the maintenance guy was there in 15 minutes to deal with. Though I was alone, the two bedrooms are fairly large, and two couples could comfortably stay together. And the weather this past week was classic autumn -- some rains, some sun, and great sunsets.

Clamming getaway

Had a great time. Great location to walk to main seaside attractions. Neighborhood street was quite and quaint. Good location if you want to clam and fish Seaside or Astoria (about 15-20 minutes away) The only downside was the parking. The neighbor has a big post in the alley that a full size truck can not get back there

Cute little beachhouse in Seaside

We enjoyed our stay during a short family vacation for 4 adults. The house is located on a very quiet street and within walking distance to a section of the beach that is not too busy, as well as the end of the promenade. My parents were unable to walk down to the main area of the boardwalk due to mobility issues, but it was just a short drive away. The main bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious; the second room with the ensuite was much smaller and a bit tight to get around, but we made it work for the 2 days we were there. Overall, we had a great stay!

Cute little house

My family had such a nice stay here. Just a short walk or drive to everything, yet far enough away to be quiet and out of the busy area. we also felt very safe here. The house was well stocked and had everything you need, even fun board games for family nights. We are already planning to come back next year.

Absolute perfect!

This place had the perfect feel of rustic beach house. It was very tastefully decorated with adorable touches throughout. The place was spotless. It felt welcoming and spacious. We stayed myself and my husband as well as our adult son (age 23) and our little son (age 7). It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The location is perfect about a block from the beach. We have been to Seaside several times and this has been our favourite place to stay so far. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we come. We would love this to be our go to spot if possible.

Peaceful Stay

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We needed a quiet place to relax and enjoy time together and this home hit the mark.
