When we stayed at this hotel 2 years ago it was efficiently ran. Now things are missing from the room such as the phone and hair dryer. I tried asking for a toilet plunger because our toilet was plugged and no one was able to locate one. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub because the filter cracked and needed replacement, I understand this inconvenience however when paired with the other inconveniences it really was a drastically different experience than our stay two years ago. We will not be returning.

On one the coldest nights, our room took over 3 hours to heat up. I had to ask for a spare blanket. We booked this hotel just for the hot tub, pool & sauna. Get here & hot tub is out of order, pool is cold & sauna wouldn't turn on. Staff was apologetic but this is not what I signed up for.

Seaside Shilo is terrible
The Shilo at Seaside is awful. The room floor had large dark spots. The couch had holes in it. There coffee table had scratches all over. The bed was not sleepable. DONT stay here.

Good but I hope the elevator is fixed
I enjoyed my stay in every aspect except the last day when the elevator went out of service and me and my bad knee had to hoff it multiple times up to the 5th floor to load my vehicle for leaving.
