Welcome to the Boylston Townhouse! This 3 bedroom, 5-story modern townhouse is expertly styled and decorated. It features a gorgeous private rooftop deck with unprecedented views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.

The home has hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, award-winning Saatva mattresses, luxurious Brooklinen bedding, non-toxic Caraway cookware, high-speed internet, AC, garage parking + so much more!

The Boylston Townhouse is perfect for groups looking to explore the PNW!

The home in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle has sweeping views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle and the mountains. It`s a great way to see all of Seattle`s best views from one convenient location. Eastlake is centrally-located : 1 min driving to get on I-5, easy to get to the East Side using the 520 and I-90 bridges, and minutes to downtown, Pike Place Market and the Seattle Space Needle).

As our guest, you have private access to the entire home.

The showstopper of the home is the rooftop. With breathtaking views of Lake Union, the Seattle Space Needle, and the Mountains, this is the best way to relax after a day of sightseeing! Make a cocktail, and head up to watch the sunset with your loved ones. The rooftop has a beautiful sectional couch and large 6-person dining table, as well as a BBQ, and outdoor kitchen (refrigerator and sink), as well as an entire set of outdoor dishes for your convenience.

The bottom floor is a private garage where you can securely park your vehicle and unload your bags.

Next up, there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom features a king sized bed and the other a queen sized bed. The 4th floor primary suite is fully-enclosed for maximum privacy and features an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and king sized bed. All beds feature top-quality Saatva mattresses.

The 3rd floor is the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for your cooking needs (appliances, dishes, drip coffee and a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, knives, cutting boards, spices, condiments, you name it!). Local Seattle-roasted whole bean coffee and Nespresso pods included.

The TV is equipped with a Fire Stick — access to Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, NBC, ABC, CBS etc. using your login.

Guests have full, private access to the entire house.

Parking is available in the garage attached to the home. We have a guest parking decal if you need to street-park a second vehicle.

Guests should not and cannot park anywhere else in the alley, or in front of any other homes, or on the adjacent dirt lot as that is our neighbors’ private property and your vehicle will be towed. Our neighbors comfort is paramount to us and we respect their property and ask that all guests do the same. Thank you.

Someone from our locally-based management team will be available to welcome you to the home and will be available to answer questions throughout your stay. We are very experienced in hospitality management, and familiar with the Seattle area!

We`re happy to make recommendations/suggestions depending on what it is you are looking for! Feel free to ask!

Eastlake is a wonderful neighborhood just minutes from Pike Place Market. The neighborhood features cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Whole Foods is just a 5 minute drive away. Eastlake is adjacent to Lake Union - the home has easy access to get to the lakefront. Perfect for kayaking in Lake Union or biking/running the lakefront path.

The townhouse is located approximately 20 minutes (via I-5) away from SeaTac Airport.

Uber / Lyft is always available from the house in under 5 minutes!

Driving is also very easy - easy access to I-5 and Eastlake Ave. The house has a private, attached garage for your convenience. Despite its proximity to the highway, the house is a quiet oasis!

Buses are a 30 second to 2 minute walk (depending on which line you take) and can take you to and from downtown.

The Boylston Townhouse is equipped with award-winning Saatva mattresses, luxurious bedding from Brooklinen, memory foam pillows, and non-toxic cookware from Caraway. We love being able to offer these high-quality and high-value products to help guests make the most of their holiday while also feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and well-rested!

We ask that the furniture stay covered when not in use, and that only the outdoor dishes be used on the rooftop.
Please note that this is a house we have called our home and we regularly spend time there. Please treat it like your own.

House Rules:

Guests must be over the age of 25 and guest booking the reservation will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Guests will be charged $500 for each violation.

No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted and pre-approved by host prior to check in. Violations of this rule will result is a $500 pet cleaning fee.

No smoking is allowed in or around the property.
If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the Owner or host pre approves and specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We know that travel days get busy so our team will take care of all of the cleaning. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to excess trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, we reserve the right to bill guest for additional fees.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $1000.

Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am out of respect for our neighbors.

The property is fully furnished which includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, outdoor kitchen supplies, BBQ, and other furnishings.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with Owner`s Terms of Service, or local laws or regulations.

Was very nice townhouse, perfect for 3 couples. We stayed with family to attend a wedding and festivities for the weekend, really great location, great breakfast place, 14 Carrot, the best!Unit was very nice had everything you might want and more! Comfy beds, upgraded amenities, beautiful rooftop space.Lots of steps, so be prepared for that. We would definitely come again!

Not as expected

Despite the high reviews, the condition and noise were very, very disappointing. While the rooftop views are incredible, the area is in bad shape with deteriorating cabinets and the nearby construction noise was intolerable as the loud banging and heavy machinery disrupted any tranquillity from sunrise to sunset EVERY DAY. Forget good sleep, & wake up to nightmares from the awful sounds. We were never warned! One of 2 showers had a slow drain, so you’re standing in ankle deep water and have to continually turn the water on/off to keep from leaking onto the floors. The kitchen also has unsightly warped cabinets from some old water damage. And there are so many stairs to tread between the 3 floors. I’ve used VRBO for over 20 years, and this is in the top 10 worst for a family trip!

Nicely Appointed and Location

The single garage is large enough to easily fit our Ford F150. Feel is clean & modern, & each floor laid out well. Rooftop deck amazing. Walkable to many places within .25 to 2.5 miles. A lot of stairs so avoid if any in party have low mobility

Beautiful Views and room to relax

My husband and I stayed in this home with our two friends for a wedding. To be honest, a lot of things were not working and the stay could have been a horrible experience. Ruby, the owner/home manager, however, gave us the best communication to help work out any kinks and handled the situation so gracefully that we would easily book again! The home looks just like the pictures and is in a great location! We walked home from the wedding after party due to the convent location in East Lake. The best room in the house is the master bathroom! The shower was so bright and relaxing with an overhead rain shower head. The outdoor space was also better than expected and is stocked with cups and supplies so you don't have to run back inside for things as you need them. We have 3 small children and I wouldn't recommend coming with younger kids because of the many flights of stairs, but older children and adults will enjoy this fun modern townhouse for sure! Especially with such a great house manager to help you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!

Love and Accommodating!

This was the first of what we hope to be many visits to Seattle.. We loved the city and the location and accommodations were perfect for my family. The description of the views and the house itself matched perfectly with the actual experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions and confusion on how to turn on the television via text message. All we really needed was my son who has set up my home television. There were restaurants, coffee houses, water, and small parks within walking distance. Bonus for me, I like my coffee 1/2 and 1/2, half dripped decaf and caffeinated, there was a bakery and coffee house - Grand Central Bakery - in the area that has and serves both. I found most coffee houses do not brew or have decaf. I recommend the house to families and close friends. and if you want to invite friends over to grill on the roof top the accommodations are there. Love it!
