Charming 1-bedroom apartment close to downtown Seattle!

Fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers a comfortable 650-700 square ft living space. This upstairs apartment unit is part of a recently remodeled triplex located in Seattle's Cherry Hill neighborhood, with an owner-occupied unit on the main floor and a long-term rental unit upstairs alongside this one. Please take note that the unit is up a flight of ~15-20 stairs.

The apartment is ideal for longer term (1+ month) renters looking for an easy-to-maintain space, including students and professors (Seattle University is within four blocks), and traveling health care professionals (two blocks to the Cherry Hill Swedish Hospital campus, and within a mile of both the Capital Hill (main) Swedish Hospital location and Harborview Hospital). We are also open to hosting shorter-term renters looking for a nice, private space to getaway in our great city for a week!

We are located just blocks from many local restaurants and amenities in the Cherry Hill, Capital Hill, and Central District neighborhoods, and within walking distance to Downtown Seattle as well.

Additional features include smoke-free living, dedicated storage space, an AC unit in the bedroom, and free on-site laundry facilities, shared with the other long-term rental unit. The exterior of the property is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment. We hope you enjoy your time in Seattle at our apartment!

Keys should be returned to Peggy in the main floor unit (Unit #1) or can be dropped in her mailbox on the front porch off of 17th Ave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
