Welcome to your quiet getaway near the city! Enjoy your West Seattle (Arbor Heights) private one bedroom mother in law suite with separate entry. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Alki beach, and 5 minutes to the Fauntleroy ferry/restaurants. Enjoy nearby Lincoln park with family friendly beaches or Alki beach. Enjoy a quiet hot tub soak or walk, or just rest your head before you head to downtown Seattle. Bus stop is directly across the street from our home (bus only runs weekdays, not weekends). Plenty of parking in huge driveway. If requested, Level 2 electric car charger in garage could be accommodated for a small fee.

Asha was a great host! She responded promptly when I had questions. The hot tub was so amazing to relax in after a day of walking in the city! I 10/10 recommend this homey stay. We also ate at Saltys which was on the recommendations list Asha put and it was the best!

We loved every minute of our stay and didnt want to leave! Our goal was to relax and rejuvenation and accomplished to the full degree! Everything was clean and well kept. The only thing i wouod recommend is some sort of table next to the hot tub for our phines, speaker, drinks etc. We celebrated a birthday and the host left us a sweet happy birthday note

Great little spot in a quiet neighborhood

My wife and I were out and about dancing and going to an EDM concert she was super excited about and we knew we'd be sore (not quote as young as we used to be...allegedly). The hot tub was a godsend and helped my wife, who already had back issues, make the most of our trip. Thank you so much.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Would be perfect and we’d use it a lot if the treadmill wasn’t there and it was a king size bed. We are only there to sleep.

Cozy, clean and private

This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all.

Fantastic cozy stay!

Asha's accommodations were perfect for a quick visit to Seattle. The space was clean, there were enough amenities for food & bev without a full kitchen, nice toiletries available for use, and plenty of towels to use for the shower and hot tub. Ty for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful accomodationn in gorgeous quiet neighborhood

Everything was clean and as described. The hot tub was perfect. It was exactly what we needed for the night. We wanted just one relaxing night in a place with a hot tub so we could relax before our flight home. The host made everything easy.
