Easy check in, very friendly and helpful staff. Andrea was so nice and friendly. We had a request and we had it in less than 5 mins. The on site restaurant was good, all we wanted was soup after traveling for 13 hours.

Great hotel

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The staff was nice, check in was easy and we were able to take a shuttle to the ship for $15 a person.

Our room was enormous and had fantastic views of the city from the 33rd floor, we could even see the Boeing air show from the window!! Really pleased, the room was really clean and modern too. We’ve been travelling for a while and this room was really a treat to come home to. The lobby area was very busy, but the check in queue was short and seamless. Very impressed and would stay here again if I was in Seattle. Thank you

The hotel was gorgeous but it was expensive. The staff was great. Fridge and bottled water in the HUGE room. The beds were amazing and a great selection of pillows. The only drawback is that there’s not a lot around the hotel. No corner stores or places to buy snacks. We walked everywhere and used the public transit trains. I was easy for us with no mobility issues. However if would be difficult for anyone with limitations. It’s a bit out of the way and it a steep walk up from the station. There’s also a lot of homeless people camping across the street. Very visible from the room we were in. I’d not stay here if I were on my own. I suppose one could use uber but we’ve not done that. We walked everywhere. This could be expensive for someone who isn’t mobile. We came for the games at t-mobile. We came down by a track train from Canada - and the hotel was a good walk from there.

I enjoyed my one night stay. We went to the bar to have some wine to relax from The trip. There was a drunk woman dropping F BOMBS the entire time. She was super loud. Save it for home or time with friends and co workers. The bartender didn’t say anything to her. Just kept serving her.
