Disappointed that we had to call housekeeping 3 days in a row to resolve the coffee maker not working. Eventually the manager removed the coffee maker from the sliding drawer and installed it on the desk. Poor design to have it on a low sliding drawer. The cable would stick snd drawer would not pill out. Cable was also erratic in providing power. Also wish we had 2 chairs in room. Staff at bar and in The George very friendly, provided very good service.

Great place great service very clean a little expensive but I went during the worst time football and baseball back-to-back so that's why the price was probably crazy overall best experience in a hotel I had it a long time

Staff was great and made my stay easy. I was there quite early, as I was going to a game. Reception took my info and held my bag. Later on in the evening when I returned, it was a breeze. All of the staff were friendly, hotel was spotless, room was excellent.

Very High End. Bring ypur bank account. Rooms and establishment are very nice. There is no views out of the windows as you are staring at other buildings. If we as customers are going to spend this kinda of money i personally would like a view of the ocean or something like that. It is a gorgeous hotel with an old school feeling.
