The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the whole hotel smelled like smoke due to the wood smoke from the restaurant. As someone who gets headaches and migraines easily, I would’ve liked to know this beforehand. I had a headache the whole stay from the strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant because it smelled so strong.

We chose this hotel because of the location and we were glad we did. It was close to Pike Place market, a mall and many restaurants. Our room was modern and the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.

Hotel Theodore is a local gem of a hotel located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Remodeled. Upscale and friendly. Walkable to Pike’s Place, Westlake and the Pier, aquarium area. Two blocks from the Paramount theater. Restaurants nearby. Professional friendly staff. The lounge /restaurant serves large fresh portions with wonderfully courteous waitstaff. Best espresso martini I’ve had and an electric mix of music wraps this place up in a nice neat bow. We will stay there again. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! The lobby is gorgeous and staff is friendly. Our room was ready for check-in early and we were VERY grateful for that! Our room was perfect, spacious, and modern. We wanted more control over the AC/fan function during 30 degree weather but the room was on the cooler side. All to say, we would absolutely stay again - thanks for having us!

Great Seattle stay
