Room wasn’t what I booked. I booked a room w a lake view and all we had were buildings. The room was really dirty we found: private body hairs in the rolled up shower Mat and tiny shaving hairs in the bathroom shower and there was a brown liquid splatter in several areas of the bathroom and the bedroom. I took photos and called the front desk and they told us that’s what we booked. Also I didn’t know Seattle had a lake? Seems very deceptive to say it’s a lake when it’s budilding in front of a Marian section you can’t seee.

Nice new property, great views and right in centre of town. Odd room service set-up, more like Uber-Eats…. Somewhat slow service.

Let me just start off by saying this hotel charges you for not staying at their hotel on business. The front desk informed us that the fee we booked for online was not the fee we would be paying. Online was 450ish they ended up charging us 611$ because we were not their on business, no where on any of the websites does

I left my iPad in the safe in the room when checking out, and I noticed it an hour later and was able to receive my items safely. I was able to understand why it was important to consider the hotel brand. I thought about scale, safety, and reliability one more time. Perfect!!!Other services seem to be more advanced than last time. If I ask to receive additional towels through room service, it would be really good if server doesn’t bring the towels with their bare hands. It would be a good idea to place it on a tray or carry it wearing sanitary gloves.((This is my personal wish to add))
