Fantastic, friendly, and courteous staff. In room coffeemaker, microwave, and tiny fridge and signage in room signage said plates and such available at front desk. Climate Pledge arena is such a short walk. Lots of restaurants in area. Room was clean. Only complaint is pillows were lumpy and mattress not firm so my 136 lb body just sinks in and not supported.

The rooms are cozy and clean and very well stocked. Staff are enthusiastic and funny. The lobby area is lovely, and the gym looks good (ok I didn't use it). Secure underground parking is a bonus. Best if all, the rooftop terrace. Sigh, those views...

Perfect accommodations for events at Seattle Center/Climate Pledge Arena. Several excellent restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Easy stroll to the monorail to downtown shopping. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We stay at The Med 2-3 times per year.

Stayed with my 2 boys while visiting family in Seattle. Great location for families and visitors! Welcoming and helpful staff, clean rooms and private underground gated garage for guests. Will definitely book again for future visits!

It had an overpowering smell of soap, which is weird to complain about, but I would have much rather it smelled like smoke. I need to reorder supplies for my CPAP now - even after washing all the parts, I'm still breathing in the smell of soap when I wear it. It was nice because there were signs that said toiletries were complimentary if you forgot any. But the lotion was sticky and smelled strongly. The sheets were just a little bit scratchy. The room brought an overall feeling of an allergic reaction waiting to happen. The fitness center was nice. When checking in they make you sign an agreement that also includes that you agree to have a great time and visit the rooftop deck if the weather is good. I know that this is not legally binding and supposed to be humorous, but that bothers me that they made me sign something saying I'm going to have a good time. What if I was staying there for a funeral? I did have a good time though so I guess that saves me from litigation

Great, modern-feeling facility. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast with custom omelette available. Generously-sized rooms with comfortable beds. Room refreshed without asking. Small pool and no hot tub or spa, but there is a fitness center.
