Clean, Convenient, Well-Managed Property

Everything about staying at this property was super convenient and comfortable. To start with, management is incredibly responsive and thorough in communications. You know exactly what to expect, and your stay will be streamlined because of it. The property itself is well-cared for and clean. The kitchen has what you need for a night in. The linens are comfortable. The location is safe and convenient to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, and Capitol Hill. The only thing I didn’t love is that you get some noise from flights overhead, but since you’re in an urban setting, I don’t think suburban quiet is super realistic.

Clean, Spacious and Close to All Activities

We loved that this house was really close to all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was a short Lyft ride away which really helped us save on parking fees. The house was ultra clean and the balcony was a nice place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Be sure to make use of it. An added bonus is that the property has A/C and heating units in all of the rooms. There was plenty of toiletries and toilet paper provided. The host was amazing and provided effective communication which we really appreciated. They checked up on us to make sure we were happy during our visit and were available to answer any questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property and will be sure to book it again on our next trip to Seattle.
