This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect home for families, couples or corporate stays. BBQ on the rooftop while enjoying scenic views of the Space Needle and Mt. Rainier. Both King-size master suites with separate bathrooms offer privacy and space to unwind. Located in the charming Ballard neighborhood you’ll be just minutes from the best restaurants, bars and shops Seattle has to offer! The home is conveniently next to multiple bus options to access downtown Seattle.

The 1500 sq/ft home is sparkling clean, spacious, light-filled, and tastefully designed to ensure a memorable stay. On-site parking with a dedicated parking spot located behind the building. Rooftop space to entertain your group, and private escapes to retreat after a long day of exploring. The extendable dining table seats 8, perfect to host group dinners or a corporate meeting.

First floor Master Suite:
- Gorgeous King size bed with high quality Helix hospitality mattresses, linens, and down pillows.
- Living area w/smart TV and full-size pull out sofa (bedding provided on request)

You will fall in love with the Sunset Hill / Ballard neighborhood — steps away from incredible views of the Puget Sound, beaches, parks and an overall charm that is hard to beat. Downtown Ballard is well known as the cultural heartbeat of the city with its art galleries, shopping, eateries and bars / nightlife. Don`t miss the infamous Ballard Farmer`s Market held every Sunday all year long (rain or shine!)

The D line bus stop is located directly outside of the townhome. The D line leaves every 10 minutes and will take you directly downtown Seattle in under 30 minutes with stops. You can also take the D line to the University St light rail station to get to SeaTac Airport.

- The regular nightly rate covers a maximum of 5 adult guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the townhome, for additional guests please note additional fees.
- If stairs are a concern, this home may not be for you - there are 3 flights of stairs in the home.
- The townhome is located on a busy street, while this offers convenient access, guests can expect some street / city noise during their stay.
- Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the front door, which has been installed for guest and homeowner security as well as to ensure guest and pet occupancy limits

The townhouse is well built and full of amenities. The coffee, creamer, olive oil, and the chocolate made the morning feel like home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need; it is a real kitchen. The king bed was comfortable and the linens were just the right weight for sleep. The rooftop was fabulous with sunrise vistas of mountains to the east and water views to the south. Communication was clear and proactive. It is walkable to breweries, groceries, restaurants, and the Golden Garden Park. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars.

The home was spacious and clean. There were a lot of stairs but this made for nice separation of spaces. It had all the amenities we needed. Loved the rooftop deck and BBQ! It is on a busy street so we had to get used to the car noises but after a little time this wasn’t an issue. Great proximity to Ballard, Fremont, Interbay, Green Lake and other Seattle areas and sights.

We stayed during a very hot week and appreciated the air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is on a main road. This was convenient for travel but the bottom bedroom did have traffic noise. The host was upfront about this which I appreciated. The top floor bedroom was quiet so it worked out fine. There are a lot of stairs which my family found to be very fun!

Very clean and functional, we were able to walk up the hill for groceries and dinner at the tavern. Never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood during the day or in the evening. I enjoyed sleeping on the couch on the 2nd floor with the air conditioner!

Seattle Vacation

We stayed a couple of nights with family while visiting our son. Overall, the unit was very nice. Plenty of linens, kitchen utensils/plates/cookware and basic seasonings to cook your own meals.About 29 minutes from Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and not far to West Seattle. Close to Market street in Ballard. The rooftop patio was lovely and we sat outside until late in the evening.Main downside was the road noise as it’s urban and we’re not used to that. There are a lot of stairs to go from bedroom to main floor to other bedroom. Didn’t bother us but for awareness for anyone who may not be able to do a lot of stairs.It was a great location for us to do what we wanted and we would definitely stay here again.

Easy, spacious, well located, plenty of parking available

My husband and I stayed for five nights while visiting family and friends in Seattle. The townhouse was perfect for our needs. Parking was easy as we were in and out of the house often and found that street parking in front of the unit was plentiful. The bed, linen, blanket and pillows were most comfortable. Highly recommend this multilevel townhouse with loads of comfortable places to lounge.

Spacious and very comfortable

This was a perfect home away from home. Spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was kind and always available to answer questions. The photos capture the place well. We never used the door shown in the first flour bedroom suite. The main entrance is not pictured. It was more directly accessible from the parking spot in the back. Great place. I would stay here again.
