Charged me extra money

The room felt dated. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer. The shower was do short I had to bend down to use it. They charged me a $50 deposit and said it would be refunded upon checking out but the $50 charge went through and never got refunded as promised, despite the fact that we left the room clean and without any damage. Literally no reason for them to keep my deposit.

I'm sure, due to the renovations, this place is shaping up. Unfortunately, the lady working the desk will run people away. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. I didn't get to stay because she told me to cancel my reservation.

Property was noisy, amenities were dated, room service was non-existent, difficult to connect to WIFI, and then got kicked off WIFI for no reason. Overall it was not a good stay. Not recommended.

This is the worst motel I've EVER stayed at! I couldn't get through to the motel to pick me up at the airport & had to end up renting a car- an expense I was not expecting. I chose that hotel because it had a shuttle. I had no power in my room for 24 hours, so the freezer defrosted and there was water all over the floor in the morning! When the maintenance man did come to fix the problem he was rude, accusatory & wanted to know why we didn't report it, which we did,(the night desk clerk never told the daytime desk staff.) This was after the front desk originally called him & he told them it was fixed- which it wasn't, then he left the property & had to be called back! No one there ever said sorry at all. While I was in the lobby a lady was complaining that her room was still dirty- beds not made & stains on the sheets. So I wasn't the only 1 with problems. This hotel should be shut down, very mismanaged & gives a bad name to Motel 6!

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It looked like it had a new shower put in. However, it was very noisy. We could even hear some of the hotel staff in the hallway in the wee hours of the morning. They put us in a room with all these lights in the parking lot and even though they had a room darkening shade there was still plenty of light that poured out on the side of the shade. Not the best experience.

Was checking in when the front desk lady got a call on the desk phone. IDK what the person on the line said however, i do know her response was to loudly tell that person "No you a hoe".. there were several times that she hung up on the person but they immediately called back. She hit them with a "yo mama a hoe too" before calling for the manager to take the call. Then i learned that the whole interaction was due to a booking that had been canceled. Just a lot of drama for a one night stay. Property also has homeless hanging around and my teen son didnt feel safe going to the pool.
