Great location for walking to the Starbucks Roastry for breakfast each morning. Short Uber ride to all of the tourist spots in Seattle. Parking was in a garage one block over for $15 per day. Not a bad walk as long as you donât have a lot of luggage to pull along, which I did not, thankfully. I felt safe enough walking around the neighborhood. The rooms are tiny, I mean TINY. Really only well served for one traveler or a couple that has minimal luggage! The bed was comfy, the shower nicely sized, and when I needed a microwave one night, I messaged through the Sonder App and had one within 10 minutes! Upon check-in, after using the code provided to enter the building, I found the stairs to climb to the 6th floor. Thankfully there was a phone number posted on a clearly marked sign that I could call for help with luggage. A Staff member happened to be coming down the stairs and quickly offered to have my bag sent up in the service elevator. My bag went up the service elevator and I climbed the stairs to the 6th floor, a good workout! Though there is NO front desk, NO one that greets you at the door, they are there⊠somewhere⊠you just message through the app and they quickly appear! All in all, a great location, overall clean room and help when you really needed it. I would recommend this hotel to the solo traveler, couples that donât mind a lot of stairs and being in very close quarters. Itâs not your typical Marriott experience, so just know that going in and you will be fine.
