the facility is barely handicap accessible. The doors are heavy, narrow, and difficult to navigate for wheelchairs.

OMG, the carpet was so disgusting, first could not even roll my luggage, then house keeping had big pastic bins in my way which I had to move to get to my room, the room again disgusting thank God I brought diseffecting wipes when I wiped the wall unit Air conditioner it was so dirty, same with remote for tv! The entrance door was so dirty, the only trash can was in the bathroom, then coffee maker in the bathroom had a long gray hair inside! All night there was a banging not sure were it was coming from but just horrible, I do have the banging that went on for hours on video! Very very very disappointing
