Staff was absolutely amazing, communicative, helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views from roof top, would recommend a cover or awning for when it rains. Neighborhood feels a bit unsafe but nothing they can control but they do provide 24hr security. Great stay!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, great location for staying before or after a cruise, the shuttle to the pier was great and easy, and the arrangement of a car to the airport was convenient and about the same as an Uber or taxi but more efficient and they set it all up for us! The rooftop lounge was a great way to relax before the cruise and it was easy walking distance to the pier and Pike Place Market. Would definitely stay there again.

I really appreciate the wonderful customer service from Monisha as she went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my room preferences even though the hotel was sold out. She was great! The area outside the hotel is crowded with street people at all hours of the day and night but the hotel is safe as it has security. All of downtown Seattle has problems with street people so this is not something you can avoid.

Was pleasantly surprised at how cute this little Inn is. The staff was super friendly. Awesome rooftop. Elevator took a long time and made weird noises so we took the stairs mainly. Close to so many things but once it gets dark out, the streets are sketchy.

The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful. It was raining and they provided large umbrellas to use, they had bikes you could borrow. The bath towels are huge and luxurious. The bed super comfy and pillows I wish I had at home. Less than 10 minute walk to the space needle and pikes marketplace. They offer a shuttle to the cruise pier for $10. I took a uber from the airport for about $60 for a X-Large one. What a wonderful little hotel, I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Seattle. Well done Belltown Inn!

Very well located

The service at the desk was perfect, they offer us a "shuttle" service to go to the port on Sunday and also stay im the room till the departure at 11:45 with no additional cost. They also refferred us to an excellent Italian Restaurant "Cotto" nearby.
