The staff were so kind and helpful! They offered an upgrade at check in and explained all the things they offer. I booked the room to take my 11 year old son to the Super Bowl parade. They gave away swag before the parade and even kept all of our bags for us until after the parade. Seriously couldn’t have been more impressed by how wonderful they were and such a great value for the location!

What a nice surprise to find this hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean, and we loved all the amenities. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. We will stay here again.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and updated. Loved the roof top deck, huge bonus. Great location right downtown and walkable to all the key sutes and great restraunts. Some reviews mentioned the homeless. I did not notice them to be much of an issue anymore than any typical bug city has. I felt safe staying there.
