Staff was absolutely amazing, communicative, helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views from roof top, would recommend a cover or awning for when it rains. Neighborhood feels a bit unsafe but nothing they can control but they do provide 24hr security. Great stay!

Greetings. We didn't use the parking. We didn't see a kitchen. The rooms were clean . The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would be a success if they offered breakfast.

Stayed for a few nights before our cruise. Staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations! Walkable to many local sites. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed! They use a company to transport to cruise ships (sign up at front desk). Will stay again next time!

The property was located near Pikes Market place and other shopping locations. Didn't like the area around the Hotel I saw a lot of homeless people lying around on the ground. Some people asking for money,Would not walk the streets at night.

The staff was so accomodating since we arrived early. They got us checked in early, sent us next door for food and we sat on the roof top to eat in the sunshine.They arranged transportation for us to get to our cruise ship also. We highly reccomend this property.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful!! There are however, a lot of homeless people in the area. No one bothered me. I was traveling alone, but I still felt safe. Lots of charm

This is a small older hotel but very well kept. Bed was super comfortable. Lobby was small and busy but the front in staff was excellent! Service was exceptional! My room was small but was perfect for me with plenty of room to move around. Would recommend.

The rooms are very clean, staff very professional and courteous and the property itself is unique in its styling and decor. Very big cruise traffic so at time the lobby is tough to negotiate but overall a pleasant experience.
