Amazing Water Location on Lake Sammanish

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect Lake Sammanish house. We went kayaking and paddle boarding from the shore and the dock. The house is very comfortable with an updated kitchen, huge covered deck, living room with big screen, 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom is only accessed through the master, but wasn't a problem for us. The stairs to the house and bedroom might be difficult if you have mobility problems but that would be the case with most of the houses in this area. I have a bum knee but I was fine. The owner Robert is wonderful to work with, very quick to respond and flexible. Redmond is close by with yummy restaurants and an incredible park. We look forward to staying again next year.

Great vacation rental!

This is a great rental in a neighborhood on the eastside. The house is right on the water and the kids loved playing in the very swimmable lake. The outdoor space here is beautiful - lots of outdoor seating, an outdoor bar with a television, and the dock. The house was plenty big enough for a family of five. It's located in a residential neighborhood so you can't walk to any restaurants/stores from here, but the lake location is well worth that tradeoff! Highly recommend.

Fantastic getaway

Beautiful property, all the amenities one could want, great location with easy access to downtown, many hiking areas and wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful staycation!

We had such a great time this past weekend with friends. Perfect location, nice dock for bonfires and sunbathing, and great waterfront access for swimming. We mostly hung outside to social distance, and there was plenty of space and seating for multiple couples to do that! Would definitely come back!
