Great Stay.

Pros: All of the staff were very professional and showed a genuine interest in making our stay simply wonderful.
Cons: I would not change a thing.
Location: There were numerous wineries, breweries and distilleries, great restaurants on the grounds of the lodge, as well as other nearby eateries too.
Willows Lodge was one of the best places that we have ever stayed. The service was there was off the chart. From the moment that we arrived, we were treated like royalty and really felt like a welcomed guest. We plan on staying again in the near future.

Great Place to Stay When Eating at the Herb Farm

Lovely, lodgy, casual but chic hotel. Fun bar and bartender--great drinks. We were there on a busy New Year's Eve. Really good value. Nice freebies (glass of champagne at check-in). Nothing egregious, especially for the price--just nitpicks. Not the most practical bathroom/shower (little or no privacy between the toilet and bedroom); bathroom could use more light for putting on make-up or shaving, but otherwise lovely and comfortable. Great fireplace. Must stay here if dining at Herb Farm--literally 50 steps between the Willows and the Herb Farm. We poured ourselves out of the marathon meal at HF and into bed at WL. Woodinville is great, too.

Love, love loved it!TWhat a

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
What a wonderful experience!!! From the greeting with local wine or hot spiced cider to the departure with pictures in front of the Christmas tree, this stay was first rate. Both restuants on the facility are excellant, the rooms are cozy and the bed comfy. The staff should receive allocades for service, efficiency, knowledge and friendliness. I would go back in a heartbeat :-)

Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, soaking tub, warm robes, outstanding service
I have had the good fortune to stay in a number of great hotels in both the US and Europe, but I'm not sure I've found one that was as perfect as Willows Lodge. I was in Seattle for business and was totally exhausted after a six hour flight. The man at the front desk greeted me like I was an old friend asked if I'd like a glass of merlot (which I gratefully accepted). It was late, but they still made me something to eat and the manager even stopped by to inquire if what they had provided was enough. You can not put a price on that kind of sincere service. The room was as spectacular as it was comfortable; thick sheets, a warm robe and cozy fireplace. The soaking tub was especially appreciated after my long (and uncomfortable) flight. Although I dined out with co-workers each night, I did have breakfast and snacks from the Barking Frog and they excellent. And being in Seattle, the coffee was strong enough to choke a Turk, which is just how I like it. What really made this hotel special though was the staff; each and every person I encountered was warm, friendly and sincere. I have stayed in more expensive hotels, but never one with a staff as nice as the people at Willows Lodge. My only regret is that I stayed there on business and didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer. If you want to visit the Seattle wine country, this is the place to stay.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, romantic
We went to the Willows as family to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. It did not disappoint! We had three rooms in total. Each had a large soaking tub, a gas fireplace, an honor bar, and private patio with access to the grounds, with the feel of an upscale lodge with all of the amenities you could ask for. If you've stayed at Salish Lodge before, I'd liken the rooms to the ones there, although I actually thought they were even nicer! Rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, with a warm feel that instantly made you feel comfortable. At check-in, we were offered a complimentary glass of wine, and for those who didn't want that, warm apple cider or hot chocolate was available instead. The lobby had a large fireplace with a cozy sitting area, and the bar was spacious with a full selection of spirits. Although it isn't technically a part of the Willows, the Herbfarm Restaurant which shares the parking lot was also top notch. The check-out process from the Willows was quick and easy. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend a leisurely stroll through the herb gardens before you leave, and if you are lucky, you may even get to meet the two resident pigs, who gladly recycle leftovers from the Herbfarm feast. I can't wait to go back.
