The Space:

Step inside, and you'll be captivated by the eclectic blend of rustic charm and artistic elegance. The living room features a wall of windows that bathes the space in warm, natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Curl up on the plush couch and enjoy a movie night on the 55" 4K TV, or pour yourself a glass of wine and simply savor the moment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker, invites you to create culinary delights.

The master bedroom is a haven of tranquility, featuring a luxurious queen bed with soft linens and a wardrobe for your belongings. The en-suite bathroom boasts a beautifully tiled shower, offering a spa-like experience.

For a truly unique escape, head outside and ascend the private exterior staircase to "The Loft." This secluded retreat is perfect for an added couple or those seeking a private sanctuary. The loft boasts a sleeping area with a pitched ceiling, a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, a full bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the orchard.

Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in nature's embrace. Enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful garden, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco feast, or lose yourself in a captivating novel. The secluded outdoor space, complete with a flowing fountain, artistic statuary, and umbrella-shaded seating, is an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Guest Access:
La Dolce Vita Barn Retreat is tucked away down a private driveway, past another rental unit, ensuring a peaceful and secluded stay. You'll find ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.

Access to the property is simple and convenient. You'll receive a unique code to unlock the lockbox located on the bell right in front of the main sliding glass door. Inside, you'll find keys for the main barn, The Loft, and the laundry room. Please be sure to return the keys to the lockbox after each use to prevent misplacing them.

The Loft is accessed via a private exterior staircase located to the left of the main entrance. Ascend the stairs to find another locked sliding glass door leading to your secluded retreat.

A separate laundry room is also available on the property, with a key provided for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Located just minutes from the heart of Graton, this area is rich in charm and local flavor. Graton is a small, rustic town known for its eclectic mix of artists, farmers, and food lovers. Whether you’re looking for fine dining, casual bites, or a taste of local wine, you’ll find it all here. Enjoy a meal at Underwood Bar and Bistro, Willow Wood Market Café, or Mexico Lindo, then browse the Graton Gallery or take a stroll along the West County Regional Trail.

For fresh produce and gourmet goods, Andy’s Produce Market is a must-visit. Nearby Sebastopol offers Whole Foods, Community Market, and local favorites like Pascaline Patisserie & Café and Kozlowski Farms for homemade fruit treats.

Other Things to Note:
The Loft: While The Loft is a unique and charming space, please be aware that it can get very warm during the summer months. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Additionally, the ceiling follows the roofline, so please be mindful of low-hanging beams and avoid bumping your head.

Main Unit Bathroom: The main area has an open and airy layout. However, please note that the only bathroom in this space is accessed through the master bedroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs in The Loft for your convenience as well.

Please note: The space is not suitable for children under 12.

Dog Policy:
🐾 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.
🐾 Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.
🐾 Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.
🐾 Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.
🐾 No excessive barking.
🐾 Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.
