Central West Sedona location. Walk a couple blocks to Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Drive three minutes to Whole Foods. Starbucks is less than five minutes on foot. The location could not be more convenient for enjoying all the Sedona has to offer.

Newly remodeled open floor plan desert minimalist home. The kitchen, living room and dining room are made for entertaining and open concept. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen for feasts at home. Serve the meal on the huge outdoor dining table while taking in the red rock views. Soak in the hot tub by night and gaze at the stars. Feel like grilling? We have a BBQ as well. A few can play ping pong while others relax nearby in the lounge chairs pointed at the red rocks.

Guests will have access to all areas of the home except we do not allow cars to be parked in the garage. There are two exterior parking spots.

Car is recommended for visiting Sedona no matter where you stay. You can walk or bike from our home to many convenient locations for groceries, restaurants, hikes, etc.

We are not allowing cars to park in the garage right now due to floors having just been redone. Two cars can park in the exterior parking spaces.

Please respect the neighbors by not making loud noise at night.

To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without specific consent. The number of guests is documented by a video camera 24/7 at the entrance to the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older.

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what's supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.

Throughout the year, there is a two night minimum. However, for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!

While we welcome children of all ages we want you to know..The home isn't child-proofed with safety plugs or cabinet locks, doesn't have a high chair or crib - things guests with young children need. Also, there is a hot tub, which is a safety concern for young children who can't swim.

No smoking anywhere on the property.

Clean and comfortable in a great location in West Sedona. Easy walk to the Basha (grocery), restuarants and the Oak Creek Brewery (great pizza and live music most nights). Neighborhood is away from traffic and quiet (except the coyotes and roving bands of Javalinas!)

Great property in good location

The house was very clean and comfortable. Location was in walking distance to hikes, grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed using the hot tub and ping pong table. Appreciated the coffee and snacks that were provided. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Sedona.

We enjoyed the property very much, although we only spent one night. My only suggestion is that the property owner was a bit unfriendly when it came to check-in. We also have a vacation rental and guests almost always ask to check in early, so I get his comment “Do not even ask to check in early”. He did not unlock the door until approximately 3 minutes until 4:00, which is his right. I just thought it all seemed a bit rude.

Sedona Retreat with a great view

6 days of total bliss at this Sedona vacation rental. Literally a hiking trail from the front door. Views from home were awesome. Hot tub was hot and perfect to end our days during our stay. Recommend this vacation home rental.

We would stay here every time!

We loved this West Sedona property. The house was clean and well stocked, plenty of space for our family of 5 and our large suitcases. Neighborhood is quiet and amazing location - away from the craziness of uptown. Some great restaurants near by, easy to walk to trailheads (and a brewery), and it was refreshing to relax in the hot tub in the evening. Absolutely LOVED our trip to Sedona and this home.

Great rental for Sedona vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, laundry was convenient, and the view was amazing. We used the hot tub each night, and went on a walk in the neighborhood each morning. It's around a half a mile walk to the Sugarloaf trailhead, which was super convenient. On our last morning there we saw a javelina walk through the yard!

Comfortable accommodations for 6 people. I could not imagine having 2 more adults with us (even young adults). The sf of the home is just over 1100 sf. Hot tub was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Nice patio area and the view is somewhat obstructed by other homes, but is overall nice. Walk up the street towards the mountain range for the best views at sunset! Beds were comfortable and the home was well maintained and clean. Had issue with wifi that was quickly remediated by resetting the router (host replied immediately as to location of router). Close to shops and restaurants as advertised. Extra charge for more than 4 guests, however. Would stay there again.

Perfect Location, Wonderful Home

My family with our teenage sons stayed for three nights in Sedona. 45 Grasshopper Lane was perfect for us! Everything we needed was in the home. The furnishings were nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The boys loved the ping pong table and hot tub. The location is close to everything in Sedona. I even saw a coyote walking past! We will definitely be back!

The place was great and exactly as described. Only issue is that I was charged a security deposit with no notice. While I understand the reason for a security deposit, notice up front would have been helpful! I did receive my security deposit back quickly though.

Great place to stay for hikers

we got there late and I wish the lights were left on for us. It was very dark and no access to a garage like stated in listing. the beds were very comfortable but the couch/TV set up was very awkward and uncomfortable. Also, the dishes and silverware were dirty. The pots and pans were very worn as were their spatulas. I do not think this should be rated a premiere host rating. The location was great and most of the neighborhood was very nice. We had a few issues with the windows and we had a couple out within the hour to help. they were so nice and fast.
