Located in the friendly Nepenthe complex in the heart of West Sedona, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Sedona, with great community amenities and easy access to Sedona’s top attractions.

Columbine is a bright and cheerful unit with a great layout and all the comforts of home. The living space is warm and inviting with comfortable seating placed around the fireplace, a dining area for long leisurely meals, and local artifacts that give this home a true Sedona feel. Entertaining your family and friends is easy with a well-equipped kitchen with all the kitchen essentials needed for a home-cooked meal and a private patio with BBQ for dining alfresco under Sedona’s sunny or starlit skies.

The southwestern feel flows through to the guest rooms and this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living area. A welcoming retreat to renew and refresh for another day of Sedona activities.

The location of this condo is in a great location. You can walk to a few nice restaurants and is very close to all the major hiking trails. The condo felt very spacious for a family of 4 with a nice dining area and living room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a big fridge. Each bedroom was plenty big enough and the private backyard area was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay and a Great Location

The place was neat and they provided amenities such as shower items. Towels were arranged very cute like at a resort. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The issue we had was with the master bath sink and it took a few days for them to get back to me. Once they did they came right out and fixed the issue. Location to everything such as grocery, shopping, restaurants, trails was perfect. I would definitely stay there again next time I travel to Sedona.

80s flashback to grandmas and grandpas house

Imagine it being 1980 and going to your grandparents house for the weekend. You open the door and smell the oh so familiar odor of a musty basement and see decorations vomited on the wall collected from random yard sales and goodwill throughout the years. The mattress is likely from the 80s as well and feels like a trampoline. Not the present day trampolines
the ones where you bounce and land in your neighbors yard and break a collar bone. There have been no updates that I can tell. The television in the living room and you have squat with your legs crossed to watch it. While doing so you must play the game hide and seek from the scorpions that have invested the place. I have picture evidence of this. I have stayed at several actual five star resorts 5 times the size of this two bedroom love nest and never have I ever paid such a cleaning fee as requested from this place. Sedona was beautiful
this place is a hard pass. It was incredibly expensive, dated, terrible mattresses and infested with scorpions.
This is one that I killed chasing me.

First trip to Sedona

We loved our first stay in Sedona, and this property worked out perfectly for us. It was very close to a grocery store, and most of the trailheads we hiked were all within a 15 minute or so drive from the condo. Sunset park is just around the corner, and there is a trail there that connects to the popular Airport Mesa loop for the sunset view. We mainly ate on the trails and at the local restaurants, so we did not utilize the kitchen that much. We recommend the Golden Goose, Stagecoach and Hilltop deli for local restaurants. We would stay here again. We drove into Uptown Sedona one day to do a jeep tour and walk around. We were very glad we decided to stay here in West Sedona, closer to the trails and away from most of the crowds.

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. We pretty much slept and showered there. The only problem we had was with parking. The parking spot we were supposed to use had a car parked there for both days. We parked in the visitor space. Nice place.

Wonderful Stay & Location

The condo was just as described. Perfect location in Sedona, minutes to all that Sedona has to offer. Check in process was very easy. The condo was clean and loved that they had toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner) in each of the bathrooms and even some things to do laundry. We did take advantage of the pool area (too cold for pool) but we did hangout and relax on the chairs and used the hot tub which was great after a long day of exploring. The patio area was great for stargazing in the evening. Very peaceful location. Will recommend to others. We enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Sedona Get Away

It was amazing to be in Sedona in the winter. Our VRBO was in a great location making it easy to get to any area we wanted to visit. The development was quiet - except for the occasional coyote - and very peaceful. The entire week was perfect especially because we had a comfortable place to come home to.

Had a lovely time in Sedona for a weekend sister trip. The condo was in an excellent location to experience everything Sedona offers. While it could use some updating, minor repairs and a carpet cleaning, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable but I’d bring my own pillows if possible. We did not cook any meals but the kitchen seemed like it was stocked pretty well. The check in process was easy (except for the street paving that was happening that week). I appreciated that the check out list was simple and not overly demanding.
