The hotel was very neat & well maintained. Our room with two queen beds & 1 bathroom was clean and had all the typical furniture & appliances that were fully functional and modern. The lighting was minimalist, but served us well. The TV remote worked but was a little clunky. Bathroom amenities were very good & the shower worked great. Breakfast was the typical varieties, fresh and refilled reasonably quickly. Staff was very cordial & helpful with information about the local dining options etc. overall it was a great stay for 3 people for 2 nights. Parking was plenty but had to pay $15 per night.

Positive experience all in all. Only negative was no OJ at breakfast and $15 parking fee. I was told it was "mandatory" for hotels to charge for parking which is untrue.

Everything was fine. However, the front desk lady wasn't very friendly. And the toilet handle was broken, so the toilet wouldn't work. I had to fix it myself. There were other repairs needed in the room and bathroom. I'm the general maintenance engineer at the Ara Hotel in Las Vegas.
