Mesa Vista on Cline sits on over an acre of private West Sedona land with red rock mesas as the permanent backdrop — purpose-built for luxury groups so 16 people can spread out, unwind, and gather without getting in each other's way.



Outdoors, the heated saltwater pool anchors the back patio with a cinematic wall of red rock behind it. The elevated spa is positioned for the view — sunset from the water is something guests mention in reviews for years. A fire table at the poolside patio becomes the gathering spot after dark.
