The space
Truly amazing classic mid century home, nestled on 5 acres of fenced/ gated estate land near Oak Creek.

Custom built in 1964, the home inspired by Frank Loyd Wright and given the name “Winter Solstice”. It’s liked a crescent moon / semi circle, and all rooms beautifully flow with its curved lines.

When you first enter, you are greeted by floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous built-in wood bookshelves line the back of the living room and a gorgeous stone fireplace stands tall in the center of the room.

Gather in the conversation pit surrounding the wood burning fireplace that provides for ample seating and a unique gathering space. Relax on the leather chairs in front of the 75” TV. You can watch the game or a movie… or cuddle up on the corner of couch and grab a book.

Connected to the living space is the modern kitchen and dining room. Love to cook? You’ll love this space ! Tons of granite counters- all stainless appliances including double dishwashers, and stoves / ovens with gorgeous copper hoods. Side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. Fully stocked kitchen with all the convenience appliances. And we have you covered in the morning. Keurig with plenty of coffee and tea options, creamer, and sweetener!
