The best location in the heart of West Sedona close to hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Walk out your front door onto red rock views, plus enjoy a picnic at Sunrise Park nearby. Enjoy some time at home, relax with a book or grill out with the new bbq. The master bedroom is complete with a large jetted tub, a walk-in closet, and Smart TV. Wonderful Views of Sedona can be enjoyed from every window!

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

The house was great. Clean, great space, very convenient to so many things and quiet. Our only minor issue was we sometimes did not get super hot water for showers. We would stay here again.

Excellent Sedona experience

My family and i had a wonderful time at the property during our stay at Sedona. The location was very convenient, close to major trailheads as well as shopping locations. The kitchen was very well socked with a variety of appliances which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals more often. Overall we highly recommend this location.

Great Location

This home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was clean, had lots of hot water, had a filter for drinking water and had everything we needed. It was an excellent location for getting around Sedona and we especially liked having a garage for our vehicle. Had great communication with the rental agency. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Home Away from Home

As older travelers, we appreciate the opportunity to stay in a "home," complete with comfortable furniture, nice appointments and ample amenities. This home was easy driving distance from everything we wanted to see and do in Sedona yet removed from the most heavily traveled tourist areas. We found this property exactly as shown/described.

The home was just as listed. Great location and easy check-in/out process. Was nice to have the garage for our vehicle. We should have brought our bikes as there are alot of restaurants nearby that could have been fun to bike to.

Property was as described. Clean, everything worked, quiet neighborhood minus a little construction noise on nearby houses. No problems. Lots of dishes and appliances in the kitchen! Lots of extra blankets which was nice due to the cooler temps during our stay. Extra towels. Overall great!

West side Sedona

Perfect location. Did not have to fight traffic in uptown Sedona every day. Just some minor complaints. Shower on main floor had a shower curtain that was way too long and a tripping hazard. There was only one hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner provided was not enough for longer stays.

A beautiful home in sedona

The house was beautiful. We had a very little seating outside but big enough for our group. It was so easy to book and casago were there to answer any questions. I got instant response from them on concerns i had. The only downsides are... no blow dryer, limited kitchen cookware. No spices or anything like that so if you want to make your own meals you have to purchase all of your seasonings. Overall the place suited us.
