This home is located at the edge of a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. This is the newer area of Sedona with many highly rated restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutique stores, golf resorts, yoga studios, and more. Additionally, we are a short drive to the most well known hikes in Sedona, including Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and Cathedral Rock. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist attractions.
A car is required for commuting in Sedona. The property has a steep driveway up a hill. There is space to park up to 4 cars at the top of the driveway. Do not attempt to park more than 4 cars at the top of the driveway, there is not enough space to turn around.
