Views! Views! Views! This beautiful 3-bedroom home takes full advantage of the Sedona views from its elevated perch above Uptown Sedona, only minutes from hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and Sedona’s famous landmarks. This Sedona vacation rental is a long-standing favorite!

On entry, you’re greeted by spectacular views of Snoopy Rock through the large open windows that truly bring the outdoors in. The open-plan living area is warm and welcoming with large leather couches for movie nights, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area for sharing meals with a view. There is plenty of well-appointed space to relax and unwind and the lower level family room is a great bonus space, kids’ playroom, or teen pad with comfy couches, a cozy woodburning fireplace, board games, and space to chill.

The layout of this home is great for space and privacy with two en-suite bedrooms, a king suite on the main level and a queen suite on the lower level, both with large bathrooms featuring tubs and showers. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was well-stocked, plenty of room and the views were even better than I expectled.There was even a view from the oversized soaking tub adjacent the primary bedroom. The location was stellar as well. We could have easily walked to uptown - we were too busy. It is on a hill but very close to the shops, restaurants and visitor center. The keyless entry made it convenient also. I would LOVE to stay here again!

Location and view!!!!

This house was everything we needed for our trip from Florida to Sedona. The views are breathtaking, and the house was well equipped with everything needed to make us feel at home. The only complaint overall is the comfort level of the beds. Everyone had a hard time sleeping as they were not very comfortable. The house itself could use some updating as far as furniture. I still would highly recommend this place.

View from the home was fantastic! Location to uptown was an easy walk, and we utilized the shuttles (On Demand) to get to trailheads. We literally parked the car in the garage and shuttled. The home itself was great! It had everything we needed with plenty of space.

Comfortable and Scenic

My sister, my daughters and I met here from around the country for a getaway to Sedona. What a wonderful visit we had! It was a memorable week of hikes, exploring, shopping and relaxing in this lovely home with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the home is open and spacious with a nice kitchen. It was a very nice place to spend time together. The driveway is short and steep into the garage, so I was glad to be driving a smaller SUV into it. The patio and deck were nice spaces too. And it was easy to get to all the shops and restaurants in that area with lots of parking downtown. We loved our stay on Circle Drive.

Just wonderful

The property was lovely, comfortable and well-laid out. It is good for groups. Very conveniently located to the heart of Sedona. The views from the balconies and terrace were beautiful! The kitchen was well-appointed. The property management staff were very responsive, too. The only downsides were that the oven did not heat evenly, and the toilet paper stock was low. Would, definitely, recommend this property. Folks won’t be disappointed.

It was great - what visitors should know

Great location for sure - easy access to most everything. It's up on a hill and so walking may or may not be feasible for folks (we elected not to walk it). The driveway is STEEP and while there is a garage, the remote did not work. I let management know; they recommended using the switch inside the garage (we did not use the garage). Something, likely a mouse, got into a loaf of bread we purchased and was sitting on an upper shelf in the pantry. That was towards end of visit and I forgot to notify management. I did notify them immediately upon arrival of a leaky hose in the front of the house (not sure if they scheduled anyone to take a look, but I sent photos). There was not enough toilet paper for the four of us for our 6-night visit so we purchased some - we were on the go most days and so it wasn't like we were there most of the time. The bedroom on the lower level will hear folks in the upper level bedroom - cannot hear voices so much, but definitely walking around. Trash day was supposedly Tues a.m. but on Mon a.m. we noticed some folks had trash cans out and saw the garbage truck come by; I ping'd management and they were good with us just leaving track in the container located in the garage (not that we would have known where to place the container - the street is narrow and we didn't find any instructions about where to place - could be we missed that). All that said, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable.

Perfect Sedona Spot

Great spot with plenty of rooms space if needed. Property management was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Walking distance to all the downtown spots and a number of hikes. Would highly recommend!
