PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Return after a long day of hiking to your very own escape on a private ½ acre with walled backyard adorned by lush greenery. Jump into the hot tub, play a game of corn hole or stargaze around the wood burning fire pit. Enjoy a nightcap under the covered patio or in one of the several seating areas. Subtle landscape lighting will illuminate your evenings outdoors.

Family and kid friendly with a large walled back yard. Inside you will find high chair; toddler cutlery, bowls & plates; 3 Pack n' Play cribs; books; toys; and games.

Step inside the open-concept living space and unwind on the Crate & Barrel furnishings after a long day of traveling. Turn on the gas fireplace, gather the group and play one of the many board games, or simply stream your favorite shows on the 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV with cable.

Prepare a meal for the group in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and outside gas grill. Use the crock pot for slow cooking while you hike the day away. Dine inside or outdoors under the stars--you will find plenty of seating for 8+. A high chair is also provided.

Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms with extra soft linens. Three of the four bedrooms have smart TV’s with a Netflix log-in provided. The primary suite is private, located away from the other rooms and boasts a California king bed, a couch, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and en-suite spa like bathroom. Queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa bed in the primary suite can provide additional sleeping. Three Pack n' Play cribs can be used in any room.

Tucked away in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to grocery stores, spas, restaurants, ATV and bike rentals. You are a short walk to the Arizona -Shuttle stop in Sedona. This resort-style shuttle provides transport to and from Phoenix airport and is perfect for guests arriving separate from the group. West Sedona is ideal as you will be able to avoid the traffic that can be a nuisance in other areas such as uptown and chapel.

You will be in the center of it all, with hiking and access to trail heads in every direction. West Sedona is ideal for access to some of the areas best hiking trails. Book a tour through companies like Pink Jeep Tours and Red Rock Balloons. You will also find the best restaurants and spas close by including Mariposa, where you can take in stunning panoramic views. You'll only be 3 miles to uptown Sedona where you can spend the day browsing shops and art galleries - be sure to stop by the Cowboy Club to try some fried cactus and rattlesnake! For an experience that can't be missed, head to Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village where you will find the work of local fine artisans and several dining options.

No trip to Sedona is complete without a trip up Oak Creek Canyon! Continue on to Slide Rock, the famous natural waterslide carved into the red rocks, only 15 minutes from the house. The Sedona Public Pool, only a few dollars for entry, is a three minute drive from the house and provides panoramic red rock views while cooling off.

Plan a day trip to Flagstaff where you will find some great skiing as well as Humphrey's Peak, the highest point in Arizona, only 45 miles from the home. The North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park just another hour and twenty minutes away from Flagstaff.

HOUSE RULES (read before booking):
This is our home which we enjoy sharing with travelers who are looking to discover the beauty of Sedona. We expects guests to treat it like their own and be respectful of our neighbors as if they were yours :-)
- No smoking (cigarette butts found will incur cleaning fees).
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events. City of Sedona noise regulations (SCC 8.25.060) enforces quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book (photo ID may be required)
- Doors must be kept closed (even when checking in/out).
- We are a no shoes house (feel free to bring slippers or house shoes!)
- Propane will be full for the BBQ grill (2 tanks), however, guests must refill (top off) what you use right around the corner at Ace Hardware (2 min from the house) for $4 per gallon. We reimburse for what you use (save receipt).
- Food is not permitted off of the back-deck or in any rooms other than kitchen/ dining.
- Shoes must be worn outdoors and on patio near hot tub.
*** We do not supply wood for the fire pit, you can pick this up at any grocery store or the Circle K near the house. Prior to check in Sedona burn restrictions will be sent.
*** Parking for 5 vehicles max*** Garage parking for 2 vehicles, driveway parking for 3 vehicles.
*** We have two NoiseAware decibel meters: 1 inside & 1 out. This is to protect us and our guests against potential unfounded noise complaints. This does not record any conversations or sounds, it monitors decibel levels only and is intended for our guests protection, normal range includes laughing, playing music at normal levels and having a good time! :-)
*** Under Arizona state law, we conduct sex offender background checks on the booking guest. This is handled by a secure third party site called Know Your Guest and will only require the info supplied on VRBO.
