Very nice and clean room with kitchen that had a full fridge, stove, cooking utensils, etc. Nice and spacious bathroom. Fresh brewed coffee and hot water for tea. Water refill station in the gym was very useful. Staff was very friendly. A couple of issues I had were that it was not quiet, at all, when the room above us became occupied on our second night there. We could hear every single movement and chair scraping throughout late hours of the night. Also, the train that is right by the hotel made some noise that night as well. Breakfast was great, but when we asked if there was a way to have the eggs or potatoes without meat due to our dietary restrictions, we were told no, however, saw that it was made possible for another family when asked. Overall, great hotel with nice amenities and decent service.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We stayed here so we could visit North Cascades National Park—and it was a convenient location about an hour away from the park. The staff were very friendly!! Nemo was especially sweet, attentive and caring at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing with a nice selection of hot and cold items. The rooms were spacious, and the shower had great water pressure with hot water—which was nice after a long day of hiking. I would most definitely stay here again!
