This is our second unit in Mallard Lakes, our sister location is Hummingbird Hideaway to get a feel of our outstanding customer service and care to the property.

“Mockingbird Bliss” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and more. These amenities are complimentary. (*The pool will be open memorial day through labor day.) *Dates TBD

Bedding for up to 8 people! We will be doing a king in the master with a queen murphy bed and full size bed in the second bedroom. Lastly, downstairs we will have a brand new Queen/full sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the other beds available for guests.


Surrounding Parts
Mallard Lakes Community is nestled near Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, and Assateague Island (where you can be one with the horses). All the amenities are maintained and upkept year-round and we sit in a quiet row just outside the hustle of the community.


Upstairs
A perk on being an end-unit is the ability to look out either window of the master suite for your water view and bird watching. This suite and attached bathroom features a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your personals. The bathroom has 2 large skylights that provide an abundance of natural light over the oversized soaking tub shower combination, a dual sink vanity and with upgraded shower hardware. The second bedroom contains a full bed and a murphy queen bed.


Downstairs

Kitchen
Just off the new countertops sits a relaxing breakfast bar perfect for family filled conversations. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the needed items one is looking for; clean and current appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, complete knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Lastly, children's plates, bowls, cups and utensils.

Living/Dining Room
Plenty of room to comfortably sit and relax with lake views at every angle. There is complimentary access to Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney Plus all from the smart TVs. Ready to eat or play games? This design we are going to build a breakfast nook and bench seating on the opposite side to accommodate all.

One more thing! We have an enclosed outside shower plus foot wash (hot and cold water)

After booking, renter must sign a rental agreement and provide ID (for proof of age). Renter must be over 25. No senior week renters. Special accommodations can be made on a case by case basis, just feel free to contact us.

We have 1 assigned space out closest to the walkway. There are multiple unmarked spots nearby for other parking.
