Welcome to this villa overlooking the mountain, located in Moscari. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is very beautiful and spacious. It features a chlorine swimming pool of 7.5 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.95 m, two well equipped terraces with magnificent views of the Tramuntana, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and large garden areas.

The house of 280 m2 is ditributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; two of them on the ground floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds), and two on the 1st floor (one with double bed and one with two single beds, both air-conditioned). One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.

The cozy living room is equipped with one comfortable sofa, a TV-Sat, and a wood stove. The independent dining - kitchen, with gas stove and AC, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Moscari is a charming, small town, situated in the Tramuntana and belongs to Selva. The area is ideal for those seeking tranquility and relax. You can find there everything you might need during your stay, but for larger purchases we recommend you to drive to Inca, located just 5 km from Moscari.

The surrondings are ideal for hikers and nature lovers. You can take tours on foot, by bike, etc. In the main square of Moscari you will find the Restaurante Sa Plaça, which is highly recommended. If you prefer to visit the beaches of Mallorca, the nearest and best quality is the Port of Alcudia, where you can enjoy a white sandy beach of great extension and crystal clear water. You can also practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis.

Our stay at Cantabou Sa Coma Dinca

The property is set in an idyllic location and our family enjoyed a very happy stay there. The views are unparalleled and if you're looking for a peaceful get away this is the perfect place. The house is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking in and the bedrooms very comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner was on hand for any queries we had and the service from the management company very helpful. We really hope to return to stay here in the future.

Villa with technical issue

The villa had a technical issue: the water fuses would frequently trip, leaving us without water each time. The place is nice, but I think it’s only worth it for longer stays, since I paid a lot and didn’t even get 24 hours. Not flexible at all for check in/check out times

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. The dishwasher didn’t work, also the owners were still on site at 7pm at night on our first day. Also spoke very little English so was difficult to communicate. There was no information or welcome pack either about the house.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Finca lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen! Die Lage ist, wie man ja auch der Karte entnehmen kann, recht ab vom Schuss, aber Orte wie Inca oder auch Alcúdia lassen sich gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Ans Grundstück grenzen Schaf-/Ziegenherden an. In der Finca selbst gibt es für die angegebene Personenzahl ausreichend Platz und auch die Ausstattung ist super, sodass man nicht nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine anschmeißen muss. Es gibt außerdem einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank mit einem Eisfach, sodass es auch an kühlen Getränken nicht gemangelt hat. Handtücher und Liegen sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Einziges Manko: die beiden Schlafzimmer unten erschienen uns kleiner als auf den Fotos und haben auch keine Klimaanlage, die in der ersten Etage hingegen schon. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war mir zu laut (Hühner und Hahn, Rasensprenkler, Ziegen,...), aber Menschen mit normalem Schlaf hätten sicher keine Probleme ;) Der Pool ist super! Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sauber, großzügig ausgestattet, ruhig und idyllisch. Hausbetreuung erledigt unauffällig anfallende Kleinigkeiten (Pool, Abfall etc.) Alles was ein perfekter Familienurlaub braucht.

Nice place to stay. Roomy, very clean and well-equipped with good wifi and a washing machine. Beautiful garden and pool which the owner calls by regularly to maintain. Quite a remote spot - which we wanted - a couple of km to nearby villages. There is one neighbouring villa and chickens are kept nearby so you may want earplugs if you dont want to wake up with the cockeral! We really enjoyed our family stay.
