Noku Beach House enjoys a rare prime location right on Seminyak beach! Lavish and luxurious, this villa was created by award-winning interior designer, Alex Zabotto-Bentley. Popular for hosting events including weddings, the villa has the capacity for 150 seated or 200 standing guests.

Wake up to ocean views and the sound of the waves gently crashing onto the shore, spotting surfers dart in and out of the riptide. A lovely place to people watch is on the terraced balé area with circular cushioned day beds.

Vintage artefacts from the archipelago dot the living space, drawing inspiration from Morocco - such as the rich patterned textiles - and balancing it with a Balinese twist. A colour scheme of dove grey and duck egg blue runs through the beach house, while bamboo furniture adds a rustic feel. Each room has standout design features, such as a carved wooden wall, flourishing foliage descending from the ceiling or rich patterned textiles.

The cross-shaped, 27m swimming pool is truly unique and runs through the front of the grounds, so you can essentially swim up to the ocean. It borders an enormous lawn with sunbeds to one side and a spacious terrace on the other.

After dark, the beach house comes alive with the starlit nights -admire the sky from the rooftop terrace and soak up the dreamy atmosphere. Indulge in a candlelit dinner or seafood barbecue on the balé, prepared by the villa's talented private chef.

The villa can sleep up to twelve people in six opulent bedrooms. All have king size beds dressed in fine linens and designer ensuite bathrooms. Some bathrooms are open air, highlighting the Balinese zest for outdoor living. The master bedroom is lavishly decorated and has its own private lounge area. In the ensuite, there's rain shower, outdoor freestanding bathtub among a garden courtyard.

The rest of the bedrooms - some would even say they are private sanctuaries - are on the upper floor, also have beautiful interiors and boast stunning views of both emerald tropical gardens and vast ocean. Some of the beds can be converted into twins, if required.

The villa has all the technology you could want - with satellite and Apple television and a Bose sound system in the dedicated media room. The spa area has its own plunge pool and zen koi ponds - here you can indulge in a massage from the villa's skilled therapists.

At the end of a quiet lane close to all of Seminyak's amenities yet right on the beach - the location of this villa couldn't be more perfect! Seminyak beach has an irresistible vibe from dawn till dusk and it's incredibly popular with surfers all over the world. There are world-class breaks for experts and gentle waves for those just getting to grips with surfing. Plenty of surf schools offer lessons where you can learn from the professionals, so grab a board and get ready to hang ten!

Petitenget beach is also nearby - where you'll find spiritual Pura Petitenget. This ancient temple is a significant link in the series of Danh Kahyangan temples along Bali's west coast between Pura Uluwatu and Pura Tanah Lot. It's said that in the 16th century a Hindu deity ensured the island would be protected from evil sea spirits.

Pura Petitenget has twelve shrines and an impressive dragon staircase that leads to an expansive courtyard. Every evening, spectacular ceremonies take place with dancing to the haunting sounds of a traditional devotional orchestra.

However, we wouldn't blame you if you never left the comfort of the villa! If you do manage to tear yourself away, you'll be surrounded by glitzy boutiques, stunning yoga studios and Bali's hottest nightlife. Seminyak is home to hundreds of world-class restaurants and hip cafes. Don't miss dining on the famous Eat Street nearby.

If you'd like to learn more of the secrets infused into Balinese cooking, sign up to one of the cookery classes at the villa, then enjoy the delicious feast you've created. Also available are traditional craft lessons, for those who like to get stuck into arty activities. Yoga teachers and personal trainers can come to the villa for those who want to keep in shape on site.

At the villa, you can use the complimentary car for eight hours each day to travel around the rest of the island, such as Uluwatu. Don't miss out on visiting Pura Uluwatu, a gorgeous 11th-century sea temple, perched on a 70m-high cliff. Every day, there are Kecak fire dance shows that tell the story of Ramayana through dance. It's an atmospheric sunset spot.

The dancers wear beautiful costumes, and visitors wear a sash on the hip to show respect in the temple. Also in Uluwatu is the Omnia Day club where you can swim at their clifftop pools and get a breathtaking view of the Indian ocean. Other areas to explore include the artists' haven of Ubud and the lovely rice terraces and black sand beaches of Canggu.
