Villa Brivo is a modern and elegantly furnished accommodation located in the rural heart of Sencelles, Mallorca. This cosy villa is designed to offer a perfect holiday experience for families and groups of up to 6 people.



With 160 square metres of interior space and a plot of 7000 square metres, the villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms including 2 double beds and 2 single beds. One bedroom is located on the first floor. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, ensuring the comfort of all guests.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living area has a television with channels in Spanish, English and German, and satellite TV services.



The exterior of the villa is a true paradise. It features a private terrace of 80 square metres, garden, garden furniture, barbecue and a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres. The plot is fenced, offering privacy and security.



The location is ideal, just 4 km from the town of Sencelles, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The beaches of Muro and Son Serra de Marina are about 35 km away, and Son Sant Joan airport is at the same distance.



Additional features include air conditioning throughout the property, central heating, WiFi, iron, radio and DVD player. Please note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed.

Excellent villa

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at Can Brivo villa. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. The external areas of the Villa were great including the pool area which is where we spent most of our time. The only issue we had was with Ants and Wasp nests. The landlord quickly came to sort the wasp nests which was appreciated. The ants kept coming back even with food sealed and put away in the cupboards which was quite frustrating, but we didn't let it spoil our holiday. All in all we had a great visit and would stay again.
