Summary:
Wonderful home with fantastic amenities and a great layout for family and recreational activities. The large, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a massive island, and high-end appliances is sure to be a focal point.

The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the activities and enjoy the beautiful views. The downstairs family room with a ping pong table, wet bar, and flat-screen TV provide an excellent space for keeping the kids entertained.

The Space:
The gently sloping lot and the sandy beach area make it an ideal spot for various water activities, including swimming. This home is a perfect retreat for those who love lakefront living and outdoor recreation.

Great house and a beautiful location. We absolutely loved our time recharging with family for a long weekend - we loved how open and airy it is with great views of the lake and beautiful sunsets. Only a few minor issues- It needed a touchup cleaning, after most likely, being empty for at least a few weeks. And the queen bed downstairs needs an adjustment of the bed frame, very noisy. I would rent again.

Just spent a week at this beautiful home. Great location, perfect setup for our family with seven adults, two kids under six and a six month old. Management was extremely helpful. Already booked for next summer.

Great location

Pros- -The grounds and location of this house are great. Close to the grocery store (15 mins to publix) -very responsive prop manager -great spot on lake-the wide cove made it fun and easy to boat and swim in -cons- -our house wasn’t checked the day of arrival and we had a major drain fly issue downstairs. They were everywhere. The property manager was there within an hour and cleaned them as best she could and also sent maintenance the next day to spray for bugs -there are no window treatments (blinds, drapery panels etc) on the bunk room or master bedroom downstairs. The kids were scared at night and the couple staying in that room felt odd At the least there should be Roman shades or blinds. Something that you can use for privacy -the house is spacious but LOUD bc there isn’t anything to help buffer sound. There’s a lot of hardwood etc and not a lot of carpets, drapery etc. so for bigger groups, it’s loud in the house. All in all we had a nice time. The house is on septic, so I’m assuming that’s the issue with the drain flies, I’m hopefully the prop mgmt company has addressed since our stay. Again-they were very responsive.

Hog Heaven

Four close couples came for a long weekend of rest and relaxation and this house delivered. Huge kitchen so there was room for all to do there thing. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The weather could not have been better and we had the best time. Will definitely be back.

The location was excellent with easy access to the lake, room for outdoor dining and a fire pit. There was ample room for our large family with enough bathrooms. Lovely vacation experience.
