The rooms are dirty. Stains on the floors and on the walls in the bathroom. The staff is difficult to deal with and not accommodating. Beds are very hard and the pillows were the same as the bed. Plenty of other hotels in the area, choose another one.

The room was spotless and the washer and dryer in the room helped us tremendously with our laundry during this winter trip. Do bring your own washing liquid or buy individual sachets at 1K WON for each wash.

Overall the experience was really good and I had a great trip. I was a little disappointed in housekeeping however. I stayed a total of 8 nights (and in a pricier room) and on 3 occasions that I asked for the room to be cleaned before 10:30 a.m. and did not return until after 4:00, the room was still not cleaned. I had to take my trash to housekeeping to be thrown away, ask for fresh towels, request additional water, and on my final full day I had to ask for more tissues and toilet paper. For the amount of money I spent, I just don't think that is something that I should have to go out of my way to request.

The room was very big for a family of 4 adults, very comfortable, it has a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms were clean, except the toilet was not, the staff responded promptly to come up to clean it. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff Ms Kim was very helpful, she helped to organise the taxi for us.
