I enjoyed the hotel, nice sized room, a 24hr convenience store, washers and dryers, clean, the area around it isn't touristy but there's good drinking spots and food spots where locals go to.

Very clean, staff are kind and helpful. In room laundry and styler are very convenient. Easy access to subway. Close to major places to visit in seoul. Downside is that right around building is somewhat messy with demolition and construction.

The room was impeccable (including the bathroom), lots of storage areas to tuck away bags, great water pressure, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and very delicious breakfast. There was construction going on outside my room, but you couldn't hear a thing. I hope to stay here again when I'm back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean room, great amenities. Washer/dryer was very convenient. The master bedroom closet was very spacious, but could've used more coat hangers and/or hooks. The kitchen is functional but not many utensils or dishes available (apparently you can rent more) - we only used the kettle and the fridge so it wasn't a problem for us. We were able to do late check-out for a minimal charge. Hotel is within walking distance of a few different subway stations, which is very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is a newly built hotel. The inside is very modern and clean. We stayed in the Bontanik Suite as a family of 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms and the space was very spacious. There is a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer which was great. The hotel is about 5-7 minute walk to 3 different train lines which made getting around very easy. I only gave it 4 stars as I felt the front staff could be a bit more friendlier. They seem under staffed. Hotel is not in a centrally located tourist area so not too many restaurants or shops around. There’s construction going around the hotel.
