It's a bed in a nice area.

Overall it's a cheap stay hotel that suited my needs very well. My problem was that later in the evening I was told I had to switch rooms the next day and if I was unavailable to do it myself at noon (which I was) to have all of my items packed up ready for staff to move. I moved three rooms down so I don't understand why that had to happen.

It was easy to find and access and the location was quite convenient. Though the room was small, it was well kempt. My biggest complaint was that the bathroom was super tiny, and that due to COVID-19, there was nothing like toothbrush, toothpaste, or bottled water being provided. This was the first place I saw to do that.

Super cute, very minimalist. The rooms are small but modern. The shower is a bit tricky and there isn’t too much privacy due to the size, but great for the price!

Just don’t get your hopes up

I wasn’t really greeted in a nice way and when I left nobody thanked me for staying, the room was covered in hairs and was dirty. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient but everything else was bad to be honest.

Cute small hotel, close to shopping and transport.

Nice, clean and simple hotel. Perfect for my short long weekend stay on my own. I arrived at midday, but room wasn't ready until 2pm. I was able to leave my bag with the hotel and head out for the day. I was on the top (4th) floor. No lift, only stairs to get up (not a big deal). Room was very spacious with a queen bed, air-con, TV, mini bar fridge, kettle and blowdryer. Small little closed in balcony off the room. Which would be lovely in cooler climates, but due to the heat was a bit humid. 2 bottles of water already in the fridge cold was nice. Only down side was the bathroom. It was very small. And the shower was a hose over the toilet. The button to switch from tap to shower wasn't working, so had to turn on the hose to brush my teeth. Water would leak out of the bathroom in to the main room. Not enough towels available to clean up the water spills. Over all the room was nice and comfortable and clean.

reall small room

this is by far the smallest room I have ever seen. There is definately no storage space for luggage or aything. they just have two hangers on the wall. the tv is small and it's mounted on the walla so you can't swivel it around very inconvenient. there was no shower the shower head is connected to the sink so the whole bathroom becomes the shower. The walls and toilet get wet so when you are done getting dressed andaomeone has to use the toilet it becomes a wet mess. The walls are thing so you hea every single noise. I was very well dssapointed my check in was at 2 pm and I got to the hotel at 8 am. I hd to walk around and kill time. I definatey wont recommend this hotel as the staff didn't know english.

Descent hotel with not so great cleaning

The hotel was not that bad, only gripe i had was when we asked them to clean our room they did not change the sheets or clean the bathroom and we were there for 10 days. I understand they want to be more eco friendly but atleast clean the toilet bowl and sink and change the sheets since they are white for guests who are there atleast 5 days or more. They just threw out the trash and folded up the comforter.

The hotel was very close to the metro however, you have to walk through what looks like a dodgy area to get there. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities were adequate.

Overall its a pretty decent hotel

Pros: 1. The staff is pretty helpful and they mainly speak in Mandarin Chinese. They suggested different location where we can go and also places where we can have good food. (Although they themselves never try the food before, they recommended us based on previous customer's experience LOL) 2. Located very near the metro station Cons: 1. The hotel is pretty hard to locate at first 2. The room is rather small 3. Safety might be a problem, sockets are placed near washing basin.

Very easy to locate: which was great. Staff were courteous and room super comfy. Would totally stay there again if I was in for a shopping trip

Amazing time

The location is great. very convenient, just a min walk away from no.4 Dongdaemun exit. The staff are all bilingual. They try their best to help in every way. Just remember to ask for the mosquito repellent, otherwise all good.

Nice cozy hotel

Nice hotel staff which helps us in direction and even taking the effort to help with luggage even we are put on 4th level. The hotel is value for money, new and comfortable. Room cleaning has be informed on daily basis to reception. The only complain is bathroom is really small but overall, it is good.
