terrible experience

hotel receptionist could not find out booking despite the fact that I booked and paid months in advance. Was needing a room for our long layover and required a taxi in the morning. the receptionist tried to rip us off by charging 80ringgit for a fifteen minute ride to the airport, claiming that that was our only option as there are no taxis in the area. we managed to find a taxi that would take us for 33ringgit by calling an official company. blatantly was trying to rip us off.

Did not check in at all as we were trying to sort out the check in time (only being notified that there will not be any late check in and have to wait till the next morning after the booking confirmation). Tried to call the hotel but nobody picked up the phone calls despite us trying for more than ten times.
