Contrada Guido stands in the middle of a 44 acre farm whose main crops are citrus fruits and olives.
The property consists of a large main house all just 1.500 m. away from a beautiful beach, and is surrounded by a 10.000 square meters well-cared garden, characterized by lush vegetation, ranging from tall trees (eucalyptus, olive trees, pines, willows, oranges, figs, lemons) to tropical and Mediterranean plants. This is the perfect place to relax, to enjoy the wild stretch of the Calabrian coast, and visit the magic Sila's forests and mountains, just 30 minutes away by car.

The main house consists of a fully equipped professional kitchen, pantry, dining room, breakfast room, ground and first-floor living rooms, nine air conditioned double bedrooms furnished with immaculate taste and television set with eight en-suite/private bathrooms.
The swimming pool (suitable for children) and a grass football pitch are in common with the guests of the other apartments and of the owners.
One can swim, play with one’s children, or, simply, rest and relax under the trees.
