Restored Majorcan house in the Colonia Sant Jordi, very spacious and cool, with sea views and a private patio. It is 20 meters from the nearest beach: Cala Galiota.
The typical Mallorcan house is in the Colonia de Sant Jordi, on the southern tip of Mallorca. The town is located near the best beaches on the Island including the renown beach of Es Trenc with its beautiful white sand and turquoise water. The house, completely renovated with charm, has wonderful views of Cala Galiota and the lighthouse. The front terrace, with its BBQ, dining area and hammock is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing summer evening. If you prefer the quietness of the off-season, the house has a large fireplace in the living room and heating in the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with all you need t enjoy your perfect vacation with family or friends. All amenities such as restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are very close by. The village also offers an olympic size swimming pool and numerous water sports such as kayaking, water-skiing, and sailing. The nearest golf course is just a 30 minute drive away.
