It comprises: - a lovely, well-equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine)
- a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and television opening onto a beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).

Optional services payable on site:
* Sale of disposable linen kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
