The heart of the home is a gourmet chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, arrange for a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge service.
The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind, featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes.
**Sleeping Arrangements** (Sleeps 8 guests max.) -- Bedroom 1: primary suite, king bed, oceanfront views, television, walk-out access to the ocean balcony, walk-in closet, small room safe, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and double shower. -- Bedroom 2: king bed, ocean views, television, closet, ensuite with shower. -- Bedroom 3: queen bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower. -- Bedroom 4: queen bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower bath.
Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay.
Light housekeeping is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided.
Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides an indulgent escape. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone cove, providing barefoot water entry into sparkling waters. Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

*** BEACH NOTES *** Aqua sits at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a sandy barefoot beach just beyond the infinity pool. Guests can walk along the shoreline to the south for about half a mile.
The beach is protected by a natural limestone cove. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone, providing barefoot water entry. Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door to the north at The Grandview or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property for all to enjoy.

Stunning property with Incredible views
Myself and 5 cousins gathered for a 50th birthday celebration. We all had our own rooms with attached baths and the views were stunning. Large high end kitchen with some appliances that were a bit confusing but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The unit has stunning views and is a large open space. The bedrooms are a great size, all have attached bathrooms, beds comfortable and lots of closet space. The space has top notch appliances…so top notch we did struggle to get the stove to work for a minute. The location is an easy walk into Georgetown and at one end of seven mile beach. It is a couple minutes walk on a slightly rocky beach before you’re on the perfect sands of seven mile. I would definitely recommend this property.
