Lovely, light, and airy Island-style beachfront condo with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom, cable, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room, internet and a telephone for local calls. Accommodation:

The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a King bed in the master room, a Queen bed, and 1 twin bed in the 2nd bedroom.  (Sleeps 5).

The condo has a fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.  It is furnished with an outdoor dining table,

The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.

- Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.
