This modern condo has been fully renovated & has all the necessities guest would need to enjoy a great vacation on 7 mile beach. Cayman Reef Resort is a fantastic property located centrally on Seven Mile Beach. It is walking distance to great restaurants, shops, coffee shops, Camana Bay & more. This 2nd floor condo is steps from the beach, with pool and ocean views from the patios where you can enjoy the world famous Seven Mile beach and some of the best sunsets. The location can't be beat as you are so close to everything.

This is not a ground floor unit. It is a 2-story condo that is located on the 2nd floor of the complex.

The property was dirty. The fan did not work in one of the bedrooms and the air was not efficient. The rooms were in the 80s and we were extremely uncomfortable.

The condo is nice and spacious, a bit of wear and tear everywhere, but overall still in good condition. The Pros are comfortable and spacious king size bed for both bedrooms with smart TV, kitchen has many modern appliances. The location is convenient to many restaurants and it's along the main road where the local bus stops and can take you to other parts of the island. Now the Cons: most of appliances and dishes are dirty, especially the oven was very dirty, we can wipe a layer of grease and food residue from the bottom, sides and metal bars. Also knifes were rusted with stains, and most of the pots and pans are old and in worn-out conditions. Think your cleaning service should check everything in the kitchen are cleaned properly, and do a better job in preparing the place for next visitors. The AC thermostat is located right by the entrance door directly across two bright windows with no curtains/shades, this is a problem for morning as that area gets warmer than the rest of the condo and the AC keeps blowing cool air more than the set temperature - bedroom gets too cold. Then in the night, it gets too hot and stuffy because the bedrooms have no return vent, you have keep your bedroom doors open. As noted in other reviews, the location of the condo is located on 7 miles beach where the sand has eroded and it's also in between two other properties that block access to the rest of the beach so you have to walk out to the street to next beach access walkway.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman Reef Resort. The condo was awesome! It was the perfect location with plenty of restauranteurs in walking distance.

Great property, very clean. Unfortunately there is no longer a great beach at the complex, it has eroded, luckily there was a beach next door at the seagull that was not busy. This complex used to have a great beach but no more.

Great place to stay on the 7 miles beach

Supper clean, looks like just renovated, property with brand new appliances, and tons of towels. It is in the middle of the undamaged portion of the beach on one side and by the path-walk to the Camana Bay on another. Hosts were very helpful with info, and quick help when needed.

Beach Bliss on Seven Mile

We had an incredible stay at Justin & Heather's property as a family (April '24). Like several others staying on the south end of Seven Mile we were nervous about the beach situation, and spent considerable time researching several properties before we booked Cayman Reef. Any nervousness was immediately alleviated upon check-in. The beach was gorgeous and very swimmable. The unit is extremely well appointed and updated, perfect for a small family traveling together. The snorkel/water equipment was a definite plus as was the washer/dryer on site, and the fully-stocked kitchen. Our hosts were super responsive and accommodating. We made regular trips to Caymana Bay for groceries and dining which is accessible within a 5-10 min walk by a pedestrian-only path directly across the street. We'd recommend this property without hesitation and will be looking at a return visit next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Condo

Check in progress and communication was great. Condo was recently renovated, clean and quiet. The property grounds are extremely well kept and the location and beach is amazing. We spent lots of time walking the beach and swimming. Very close to Camana Bay which was also a very nice bonus. We all felt very safe walking around the local area.

Excellent vacation

The property was clean and in a nice location. We could walk to restaurants and close to the main beaches. Everything was wonderful. The little things in the property really made a difference - small coolers to be able to bring to beach, noodles for the beach, laundry detergent, and umbrellas - and were very much appreciated.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! Cayman Reef Resort is in a good location as far as close to everything. The beach was nearly gone which is no fault to the owners. The only 2 things I wanted to point out is that both bedrooms are upstairs but the bathrooms is one down, one up. You can’t tell that from the listing. Also, there is some windows that face other condos both up stairs and down that have no blinds so lack of privacy. Other than that it was great!!
