This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanfront unit is less than 50 feet from water's edge and offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV in living room and master bedroom, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private balcony. Great spot!

The location of this condo is excellent. Wate front with a protected beach, and close to everything. The property does not get any tourist traffic from the cruise lines, which is a plus. Excellent snorkeling right out in front of the condos! Will stay here again.

Great condo stay on 7 Mile Beach!

This property is a 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of a clean and well design condo complex. Large balcony overlooks the beach/lagoon with stunning sunsets. Complex has a nice pool in its center with a swim-up snack/drinks bar. The beach has a made-man lagoon which protects the beach from erosion and keeps the water calm even on windy days. There are 3 (4?) paddle boards available for community use. They aren't in the best of shape, but they are just fine to paddle around the lagoon &/or to venture out into the ocean to snorkel the very nearby reefs. Beach is well maintained with chairs magically reset and sand raked smooth sometime between going to sleep and waking up. The unit was VERY clean and well-appointed. Furniture is comfortable for TV watching, board game playing, or just hanging out with a good book. Kitchen appliances were relatively new and worked perfectly. Lots of clean towels for the week. Location on the southern half of Seven Mile Beach was fine. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Traffic on the road gets thick, making it a challenge pulling out to go south. Major grocery store is a few miles away. Too far to walk. Overall,...an absolutely excellent stay here. I would definitely return with the family again (and again!).
