Did not like them trying to give me all 4 rooms on 1st floor. Paid for and requested Partial Oceanview on higher floors ! Not a view of a brown wall or palm tree trunk or pool lounges. This got resolved after a manager got involved. Did not like having to change rooms because of ANTS all over the dresser. We never ate in our rooms , Room 438 went down to 382. No compensation for lesser view room. Wasn't happy about a toilet that stopped flushing in 346 . This was also taken care of within hours. My wife and I are repeat guest , we like this resort . We brought my daughter and her family down to celebrate her 45th B'day. I felt then and still do , that a little compensation was appropriate. Please reply

My only suggestion is there be more racks or hooks to dry out wet bathing suits, etc. That is for rooms without balconies.

Great property, room was big and nice. Most importantly were the front desk staff and the bell men. Even-though the pool was full of kids even till evening, the windows keep the noice out and make the room quiet. The sushi restaurant is really good, and priced reasonably. Location is close to several great restaurants, and it’s about 15 min drive to Georgetown where we would go for diving.

The bed was very comfortable. Small room but had a lanai and direct access to the beach. The towels for the beach were much softer than the bath towels. The staff were super nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
