we’ve been coming here for 15 years. beautiful property, pool and great service. love the coffee stand, delicious pool restaurants and Beach House. beach used to have 1/3 the chaises. problem is people not staying at the westin and paying westin prices are using our beach. too crowded now. i am so disappointed i may have to go elsewhere,

The Westin is nestled between the Ritz and Kimpton and therefore convenient for food options. The beach location is beautiful and kid friendly. We enjoyed our family vacation. We rated this hotel a 4 star because of several factors: - the jacuzzis were cold and extremely dirty - the pool is small and very cold - the line to the cafe is always over 30 minutes long. They need to have two cashiers or have juices and pastries for sale at the store across the cafe. - the food was ok and expensive.
