The Neighborhood:
This gated community is off the beaten path and has amenities such as picnic tables and grills, as well as the outdoor pool. There are several things to do within a 15-minute drive as well. Experience the Forbidden Caverns that offers tours deep into the caverns that take you past sparkling formations, towering natural chimneys, and numerous grottos. English Mountain Trout Farm is the perfect place to fish and guaranteed to catch something for that evening's dinner. The staff will even clean the fish for you. Hiking trails are all around and there is a zipline and horseback riding a few minutes down the road. Stop by the Blowing Cave Mill & General Store on your way up to the condo and enjoy a step back in time.
And you can always take a trip into Sevierville or to Cosby, both are between 15 - 25 minutes of driving to enjoy all of the tourist attractions and great restaurants!
Other Things to Note:
The pool is located behind Building #8, and with our condo being it building #10, it is a very short walk to take a refreshing dip in the pool and soak up some rays!

We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year's Day.
All late check-outs must be pre-approved 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
