THE POOL HOUSE Is climate controlled and kept between 75 and 80° all year round. The water in the pool is heated to between 82 and 84°. This cabin is 2412 square feet, plus a dedicated pool house located in a separate "cabin" building in the backyard area offers another 900 square feet. The pool house features a private heated pool (12 feet x 24 feet) - see more details below.. and half bathroom. The pool house is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer for year round comfort. There is an intercom system so you can talk to each other from the main house! More bells and whistles include a screened in oudoor fireplace area, with views of the Smoky Mountains, a screened in hot tub area, featuring a brand new (2019) hot tub with more views, an outdoor covered picnic area with charcoal and propane grills, a basketball hoop (bring your own ball), teatherball game, and lots of room to run around!

LOCATION: Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge off of Bird's Creek Rd. We are about 15-20 minutes from Gatlinburg, 25 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance and 20-25 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We are in a quiet community on a 2 ACRE LOT. The roads are curvy, and mostly paved, with no steep drop offs. The last 1/2 mile is a gravel road to the cabin. We have beautiful views and it "feels" very secluded from the back yard, with almost no cabins in sight.

POOL:
Heated indoor pool is located in separate pool "house" in the backyard down the deck steps. The pool house is approximately 900 square feet, The pool depth is 3 feet at the shallow end and 5 feet at the deeper end, and is heated to between 82-84 degrees. NO DIVING is allowed. The pool house itself is climate controlled and features it's own 1/2 bath for your convenience. It is heated and cooled between 78 and 85°. There is an electronic coded lock on pool house door which locks automatically to keep kids safe. Size of pool is approximately 12 x 24.

OUTDOORS:
We are on 2 acres so there is lots of room to run around! We now have a little firepit in the backyard to roast marshmallows (not in photos yet), a covered picnic area with a propane and charcoal grill, a screened in porch with nice views offering a picnic table and gas fireplace, very cozy! We have a 2018 6 person hot tub in another screen in porch, and out front there is basketball hoop in front parking lot, a real tetherball pole, lots of covered deck area, great views, and of course the pool house and theater!

LIVING ROOM:
The dramatic, warm and inviting living room offers tall vaulted ceilings and an open feeling. We have a Christmas tree and Christmas decor including trees, stockings on the fireplace, reindeer, snowmen, and more set up all year long! There is a beautiful deck just outside with rocking chairs and views of the Smoky Mountains and your very own private pool house! We also offer lots of board games to entertain young and old alike and make lots of memories. The stacked stone fireplace holds Christmas 6 Christmas stockings, and a large flat screen TV with cable.

KITCHEN:
The open kitchen and dining area is adjacent to the living room, and is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, and all kinds of utensils. We also offer a coffee maker, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, french press, and electric tea kettle. An electric pancake griddle, blender, crockpot and waffle maker are just a few of the extras we offer!

DINING AREA:
The dining area consists of a solid wood dining table with antler chandelier hanging above. The table seats 8, the bar area seats 4, and then there is another round table adjacent to the Christmas tree which seats 4.

GAME AND MOVIE AREA:
Downstairs you'll find the game area, where there is a lot to do! There is something for everyone with your choice of a full sized pool table, foosball table, TWO arcade game consoles (hundreds of games to choose from), and a private movie theater, with 4 leather recliners, a leather sofa, a GIANT flat screen TV, Direct TV, DVD player and tons of DVD's for everyone.

AUTUMN ROOM: If Fall is your favorite time of year, then you'll enjoy this festive room featuring pumpkins, leaves, scarecrows, turkeys and more! This room offers a king bed with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with oval tub and shower, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, 42 inch TV, with DVD player and Direct TV. With an upstairs location, you'll have deck access right outside your french doors to lovely views of the Smoky Mountains!

VALENTINES ROOM: You'll see love is in the air when you walk into this lovely king bedroom, with private bathroom, featuring a memory foam mattress, oval tub and shower, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, 42 inch flat screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player. This room is upstairs and there is deck access out the french doors, and the beautiful screened-in fireplace area with views of the surrounding mountains.

FOURTH OF JULY ROOM: You'll feel fireworks when you enter our patriotic themed room complete with American flag and Uncle Sam decor! Featuring a king bed, with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with oval tub and shower, ceiling fan, and 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and Direct TV. Located on the lower level, this room is just adjacent to the game area.

BUNK ROOM: Just off of our game room is our brand new twin over full log bunk bed (not pictured yet). This room is a separate room with a curtain for privacy. One of our two arcade machines is in the corner.

MOVIE THEATER ROOM: Twin day bed, with twin trundle underneath - This is a sofa during the day, and converts to two twin beds for sleeping.
